Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We had to ask for a different quilt on arrival as our one had little spots of blood and a yellow stain on it. Surprised it wasn’t thrown out.Room was pretty run down.Unfortunately aircon shut down on hottest day and couldn’t be seen to the following day . I believe staff are trying hard to make do with what they’ve got.On that note you get what you pay for.Maybe should be advertised as a backpackers hostel.

Good location in the city - but the apartment needs a bit of a refresh. The fridge was leaking on arrival and the toilet barely flushed. The showerhead leaked and needs replacing and the glass door covering the shower was so small that the water flooded the floor. aircon barely cooled the room

There’s room for improvement. Lack of information in rooms, could have been cleaner and room serviced would have been good. Staff were good when sorting out any issues. Great location!

Sadly this is a negative review. As an ACCOr member this has been the worst experience of all our bookings in this group. Simply - room not ready on arrival, rooms dirty with food on floor and terrible smell, no care in stocking crockery with random amounts of articles available showing lack of care by management, shower recess blocked and drain backing up so showers taken with ankle deep dirty water in bathtub, common spaces dirty. Clean towels and sheets only positive. Overall neglected and rundown, dirty, smelly. Avoid if possible.
