Was told that I would have breakfast and daily cleaning (especially as an Accor platinum member) over our 3 night stay. However did not receive any of this despite multiple follow up at reception. Furniture was also dated and a bit unclean.

I sent an email to site explaining all my frustrations with my stay. In short the room was presented disgustingly. Only receiving $50 refund for my stay is an insult... all charges should have been re-imbursed.

Fantastic location Good size room With a reasonably equipped kitchenette and laundry. Aircon worked well however you can’t close the door to the room as the aircon air does not flow. Bathroom reasonable size and clean Improvement points Carpet is tired and need a good wash Carpet Smells makes the room smell a little unpleasant but you get use to it . Sofa bed is well situated - again a bit tired
