Shower head leaked and sprayed out onto the floor, fridge door doesn’t close properly and the freezer section needs defrosting (couldn’t use it as it was completely full of ice), power point next to bed doesn’t work and cold air coming through holes in the top of it, beds hard and uncomfortable, mould covering the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Ammenities such as conditioner was empty when we got there. Too many issues for the price of the room. The girl at reception upon checkin was amazing- friendly and very informative. She should be commended.

Upon arrival I felt immediately uncomfortable, and proposed to reception staff that we would cancel and book at the Novotel down the road. We were told by the reception service that it was too late to cancel and book in at the Novotel. The hotel was far from 4 star in quality, the reception looks more akin to a government Centrelink counter with safety glass. The hotel room had blood stains on the carpet, there was no bar or restaurant, no housekeeping except on request.. This hotel might have been considered 4 stars in the 80s, but now it is shares a quality in line with a truck stop highway motel. This experience made it very clear to me that Accor doesn't do satisfactory quality checks on it's own hotels.

Good location especially if watching a show at the Regent Theatre. Close to China town and other eateries . Apartment was very clean and spacious. Very quiet I was pleasantly surprised! Good amenities and has everything you need including laundry liquid. Lovely staff, we were surprised we got an upgrade with our room, this has never happened to us before so thank you so much. We would definitely book again.

Was enjoyable until we tried to leave. We'd been locked out of our rooms prior to 10am and the young lady on the desk was extremely rude.
