The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. Our apartment was clean and tidy. Free treats were a lovely surprise. Rooms were extremely quiet, never heard any noises except a little street noise throughout the day like cars honking their horn etc. Rooms were spacious and the heater worked extremely well thank goodness. Only little negatives were their kitchen drawers could use fixing, the little freezer compartment in the fridge needs cleaning (defrosting to get the ice build up off) and the bedroom light switch was hard to click on. Wifi was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Poor customer service. Wasn’t able to use our Accor membership when we mentioned it. Rubbish in the hallways for hours outside our room. Room was made into 2 single beds but then couldn’t close the door. Bathroom door was unable to be closed shut. Rude and inconsiderate when talking with the front desk lady when we arrived. Wouldn’t even call us after we asked to tell us when our room was ready.

The rooms were like staying in an inner city apartment with all inclusion in great working order, and the location was superb - being near to shopping, dining and theatres (as well as public transport close by). Late night check in was easy and rooms were clean and well maintained - they even had a lovely welcome note with some complementary water and treats for us, which was well received after a day's travel and work.
