I am loyal to Accor and put all my eggs in one basket to ensure I’m rewarded correctly. I was told no welcome beverages only mini Kit Kat and was called at 1015 to vacate the room on a Sunday even though late check out is a benefit. Check is not 24/7. The room is very old and has a lot of signs of the bare minimum cleaning done with walls having marks all over them. Find another Accor property and skip this one!
