No comparison in terms of service level and benefits from staying at this hotel compared to the tall one next door that costs more. The Woolstore was excellent and I wish its location was closer to my office because it would easily be my preferred Accor hotel in Sydney. From the experienced front desk service (why so many of the other Accor hotels setting up barely trained new staff as front desk staff is baffling) to the beautiful restored decor providing a unique memory, great welcome gifts in the room, quiet location yet an easy walk to great restaurants, and a lovely delicious breakfast menu to choose from. The only gripe was that the breakfast staff need to be quicker to get orders as I would have liked to eat quickly and get to the office early but felt like the staff was a little leisurely for a weekday morning.
