I booked for 3 adults and needed a fold out bed added. this was emailed prior to stay but did not happen. however when speaking with reception they brought the bed and it was comfie and all was well. overall the room and resturant are clean and busy. sadly the view now is a building in construction (not the hotels fault) but you no longer have a full beautiful view of the harbour sadly. We did not hear any noise from the building. breakfast was great too.
