Location was fantastic. Bed was super comfy, although it was up against the wall and no side tables which is different to how the photos were. The fridge in the room was exceptionally noisy during the night

The team at reception need some training in customer service. They don't acknowledge people waiting and the desk was unattended the morning of checkout with no bell or means to raise someone.
