The staff were lovely. Very helpful, and well presented. The rooms were kept clean, but they are obviously dated, and the lighting is pretty terrible. The first room I checked into felt quite dark and dingy, and I asked to be moved, which reception was very happy to help with. I appreciate their assistance very much. The room itself wasn’t actually that much better higher up. The difference was that some natural light could at least get in. One of my main criticisms of the room is in regards to the bathroom. They are quite small rooms, so the shower is obviously never going to get any bigger, but if you could remove the mirror on the back of the bathroom door that faces the toilet!!! That would be great!
