We have stayed here before and find it well located to everything. The staff are always friendly and obliging. The rooms are clean and comfortable and parking is a bonus.

We arrived from Canberra and went straight to reception to ask where to park. The directions could have been a little clearer, ‘ once you enter the car park, turn left for parking under the Ibis or turn right for parking under the Novotel. We had a lot of luggage to bring up to our rooms and we ended up parking under the Novotel. Maybe you might consider a map of the parking layout. Also we had already prepaid our room and had a tab to use for parking and breakfast. When I approached the reception on the morning of our departure, the staff said don’t worry about the small amount left over to pay, we can reduce the cost of your breakfast, then later that afternoon, on our drive back to Canberra, I received an email stating that the hotel had deducted $5.88 from my credit card to cover to difference. Either the staff at reception didn’t go ahead and reduce the cost of breakfast as they said they would or they didn’t stop the automated billing process that was in place. The views from the room were lovely and we were well located to enjoy our time in Sydney.
