A good location. The person who checked me in, announced my floor and room number so nearby people could easily hear. I had to ask which way to the lifts. I was extremely tired and didn’t notice how close they were, so it was a little embarrassing. The shower taps were very hard to turn on, and even more difficult to turn off- especially the hot tap. -not very safe IMO. The bed was comfortable.

Was an okay hotel where I just needed somewhere to sleep. The aircon was horrible though. When I arrived it was freezing. I attempted to change it and nothing changed. Turned it off and was manageable. Reported to front desk and still nothing changed. The room was also not what was advertised. Over all somewhere to sleep so it was okay but when I woke up I was looking forward to getting home.

In particular, I sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered with the air conditioning. A room that is too cold and cannot be adjusted properly is certainly unacceptable, and I understand how uncomfortable this must have been—especially after your concerns were raised and not resolved during your stay. I am also concerned to hear that the room did not match what was advertised. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and your comments have been shared with both our maintenance and front office teams for immediate follow-up. We are reviewing what went wrong in this instance to ensure better responsiveness and communication moving forward. While I appreciate your understanding that the hotel served its basic purpose for the night, it is disappointing to know that your overall impression left you wanting to leave as soon as possible. This is far from the experience we want our guests to have. We truly value your feedback as it highlights areas where we must improve. Two night stay. Tiny room for the price. Water damaged bathroom and evidence of same in hallway. Restaurant was poor service, forgotten meal, said meal wrong when delivered, kitchen noise on clean was was applauding while trying to talk over a meal.
