Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that your stay was so disappointing. The fact that the hot tub was not switched on upon arrival and that you had to change rooms as a result is obviously not the experience we want to offer our guests. We also take your comment about the condition of the second hot tub very seriously; this does not meet our standards.
