our company(Kpler) always choose this hotel for APPEC week team gathering in September. this hotel is close to both our office and clients and overall service like early check in, luggage storage are good. but room in general is too small and breakfast time is too crowded with limited choice of the foods.

I am extremely happy with the hotel. This is our second time staying in the hotel and we are satisfied because of the hospitality of the staff and the excellent facilities. The pool is large enough for us to swim in laps. The complimentary yoga has been extremely fun, challenging but also rewarding. I have joined both Monday and Wednesday's session and I have to say the instructor on Monday's session (who is also the same instructor when i attended the yoga lesson during my last visit) is enthusiatic in teaching. I really appreciate her dedicated effort in teaching us even though I do not have a lot of prior experience in yoga. There are some minor areas which I wish to feedback on it though. There are some weird smell in the toilet which we suspect is coming from the drainage pipes. The odour is certainly not pleasant though it only occurs every once in a while. Please see whether you can fix it (we stayed in Room 1302). Meanwhile, taking this opportunity, I would like to applaud the hotel for hiring staff with disabilities. We noticed there is a young male staff who seem to have some sort of intellectual disability. He has been super helpful and polite despite his challenges and we are extremely pleased that he is given the opportunity by your hotel to work in the society and integrate with all of us. We hope such initiative can continue to be carried out in the future. Another good thing is definitely the location of the hotel. An underground walkway was built to link up Chinatown and Telok Ayer. Plus, it is of close proximity to Maxwell and Amoy Street Food Center. We are also happy that your hotel provided citrus detox as a drink in the lobby. It could be very refreshing for us especially when the weather is hot out there. We look forward to staying in the hotel in the future:)

The room was clean and modern but a bit smaller than expected. The staff had gone to the effort to make up the room with towel sculptures as it was our 30th wedding anniversary and some snack which were very welcomed. The room was compact but comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

We were unable to sleep hardly at all, and were on a long haul flight the next day. There was continual loud dripping and water coming from floor above, down the walls and door frame from a room above. Reception didn’t answer call and when we raised with reception and suggested they get maintenance to avoid a roof collapse, she was very disinterested and borderline rude.

For the working week I was there, for some reason, glasses that I used, was never washed! Were just left by the sink. First time I have experienced this. Is this a new policy? From QIAGEN, been to this property before and other properties.

We really enjoyed the hotel's excellent location in Chinatown, with convenient public transport nearby and plenty of attractions within walking distance. The facilities were well maintained, and the pool was a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The only downsides were the relatively small rooms and the balcony, which surprisingly had just one chair.
