Overall was ok but no wardrobe space, had to ask for more pillows as only supplied with 2 small pillows, very hard headboard and mattress- no small hand towels supplied, again had to ask as were only given a small bath towel . No tea/coffee / drinking water facilities in room.

Brand new hotel so everything is in very good condition. But there is nothing budget about this budget hotel whatsoever. I paid €182 for a room only, no breakfast! The ooms are super small, there is no space at all for a bag or suitcase. The worst part of my stay was the loud dance and pop music that was playing from the bar and terrace area all night long! Listening to ABBA and Boney M at 3am was far from ideal. The obvious solution of course was to close the window but as the aircon does not go lower than 20 degrees, the room quickly turned into a sauna. So I had to open the window again. It was dreadful! All night long! When I went to reception in the morning to complain they did apologise. And said the music should have turned off at 10pm. All rooms facing that courtyard must have had the same experience. There are storage lockers for baggage but you have to pay for them. Inhave never been to a hotel in my life before where I had to pay for luggage storage! Bear in mind I already paid €182 for the room, surely that should be included in the price. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the metro. I felt safe to walk there at night on my own. The meteo goes very frequently so being outside the city centre abit was not so bad. I will never return to this hotel again as you get budget rooms for non-budget prices.

I could say that the staff are great. Friendly, patient and attentive. It was always a pleasure dealing with employees at the reception desk. I have some feedback about the rooms -- it surprises me that Ibis chose cheap linoleum and laminate tiles for the bathrooms. It's a brand new hotel but the longevity of these materials is very questionable and there was already water damage on the door trims. Airco was limited to 20C and did not do a good job of maintaining a good temperature and humidity in the room. Ibis Styles in the center was ice-cold in comparison. Breakfast is okay, but could really use more vegetables, there were only tomatoes and a few spinach leaves. Also some days there was only bacon, the other days only scrambled egg. Even if it made it cost a few euros more. Rooms are tiny -- it's mentioned and to be expected, but I mean really tiny. And there's no proper storage, only a few shelves and the clothes hanger is attached to the railing. Always had to fight the urge to "disconnect" it. Poblenou is a very nice neighbourhood and it was great to stay there.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was lovely, close to main attractions, about 30min walk, and 10min walk to the beach. Our room was cosy and clean with air-conditioning, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from, we only wished there was a kettle and coffee available in the room. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it.

Modern and clean hotel that does the job! Highly recommend going if you’re looking for an affordable hotel with all the necessities. Seen a lot of reviews regarding the size of the room but it’s honestly not that bad - never advertised as a spacious room but as long as you don’t have 23kg you’ll be fine!

We had everything we needed during our stay, and the rate was very reasonable. The breakfast was also decent. The only things I would suggest improving are the room temperature, as it could have been a little cooler, and the availability of irons for guests, as I couldn’t get one in the end. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Convenient for a short stay, not more than 2 nights and not for business trips in my opinion. Bedroom floor was dirty when I got in, asked for better cleaning. New towels available everyday. Only 2 irons available for all the hotel to lend to guests, no ironing table available - almost impossible to iron business clothes as no way to recover these if lent to other guests. Same with hair dryer, couldn't dry my hair for 3 straight nights. Clothes hangers are not good for business clothing and very difficult to handle. I stayed 4 nights and found too limiting for a business trip Neighbour was arguing, called reception, notified there was noise from the room next door, question was "is it because they are f-cking?" I don't consider this proper language for a hotel.
