Great Brekky, good price, noisey hot rooms

For an ibis this place is pretty good, the breakfast is fantastic and the location great. We didn’t love how thin the walls were, housekeeping could be heard banging around in the rooms next door daily at around 9am, and anyone talking in the hallway could also be heard at any time. The aircon struggles to go below 24 degrees Celsius as well, which when I advised the night front desk, apparently is normal for hotels in Barcelona.

We much appreciate your comments regarding our good location, the fantastic breakfast service and good value for your money. We are so sorry if the room's walls are thin and you listened noises. Sorry about the housekeeping, we will say to be quite but the cleaning service must start at 09 am. Then, the A/C unit used to work. Nobody reported any issue with the A/C unit of the same floor. Anyways, our technicians will check the A/C unit of the room where you were. Thank you for choosing us. We hope that we welcome you again. Our best regards.
