The staff was fantastic and so was the breakfast. Location is great for walking and getting around. The breakfast does get a little monotonous after your second day but it's very good. During our stay, our neighbors made a lot of noise in the hallways and it was hard to get any sleep. It was weird to have so much noise inside the room.

Ibis hotels are always clean, comfortable and well run. The location of this one was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The touch sensitive buttons on the lifts are a pain and the room doors slam loudly, but apart from that I can't fault it.

Location was great, really nice area and easy to get to from Verdaguer. Better pillows needed and a lot of noise from the corridor.

The hotel’s bed was terrible. We couldnt sleep all night. We had back pain. Next day we left the hotel and they charged the day what we didn’t stay. They couldn’t provide proper sleep. I will request the refund for that day. Very bad experience with my family with 10 years old son.
