The hotel is ok if you don’t mind noise from the street and from other hotel guests walking around on the floor in the middle of the night. The beds were very good and the room was nicely cleaned. A person at the reception tried to overcharge us €20 for renting umbrellas, and when we were supposed to pay it through the room at checkout, another receptionist said that the payment didn’t matter.

Great location, and excellent lovely staff. Just a few issues with the room made it not really value for money. The room seems quite run down and the furniture was broken in places, the towels and robes were clean but had stains, and unfortunately we found a cockroach in our bathroom. For the high price we’d expect more or just higher standards in general. Again, your staff were great, very welcoming and helpful - thank you for looking after us!
