Our rooms do not have mini fridges, but our bar is open 24 hours for both hot and cold drinks. Regarding the pool towels, they are complimentary and always available at reception if there are none available in the pool area, so we’re sorry if this wasn’t made clear during your stay. For luggage, we offer secure self-service lockers for a small fee, allowing guests to store and access their belongings whenever they need. Our reception team follows the booking information in the system, and you made a booking for a double room for three guest instead of a standard family room. Children stay for free up to the age of two when sleeping in a crib; this is a matter of legal room capacity limits. And we are sorry to hear that the way it was handled at reception was not our usual friendly way of addressing our guests. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait before getting into your room. Spanish law requires us to double-check documents at check-in, which can sometimes add a bit of time, and we regret that this wasn’t handled more smoothly for you. Our reception team is available 24 hours a day, and they’d have been happy to help make that wait more comfortable had we known in the moment. The terrace on the ground floor is temorarily out of service, which is unfortunately beyond our control. Our loyalty programme members are always important to us, and we’re sorry you didn’t feel that recognition during your visit. We also regret that the breakfast selection didn’t hit the mark for you, especially given the wide range of over 44 products we usually offer, from Spanish omelette to fresh pastries and several milk options. Furthermore, our pool on the 7th floor is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a bar serving cocktails and drinks from May to September, and the sea views up there are something truly special.
