Cockroaches at night scattered when light came on. Twice. 4 or 5. In bathroom mostly so one in room. I made excuse to keep on light so my wife didn’t see and get creeped out. Would not have gone well for anyone - especially your people. And I didn’t want her to know and check every bath and bed after vacation. So I couldn’t tell staff when I left. Your staff was very professional and friendly.

The staff is very helpful, they try to fulfill your need in anyway, the room is very good, the breakfast is really perfect, the location is quiet and close to the metro, everything was good

From the moment we walked in the front door we were made welcome. Francesca checked us in. She was friendly, helpful and smiling the whole time. We had a very early arrival and Francesca pulled out all stops to get us an available room so early. The hotel itself was clean, the room and bed comfortable. It has a lovely outdoor terrace that we enjoyed at.
