Very well designed hotel. Beautiful rooms. Looks simple, but everything is provided (including hairdryer). Bed was made daily. Very close to a metro station. Great stay. The only critic would be about the breakfast - very little choice for the price of 12 Euro and same each day.

Robbed At Breakfast In The Hotel On Christmas Day

The hotel has a major security issue. We were robbed at the breakfast buffet and my friend had her passport, money and phone stolen in seconds, despite there being lots of people around. The entrance doors to the hotel are located right by the reception desk and the buffet area, and in the mornings there is a lot for the staff to deal with: people arriving, checking-out, and people coming for breakfast. It's the perfect set-up for a robber to get in and strike. While the staff were uniformly good, there was an obvious desire to play down the event and no discussion around compensation. I wonder how many times this has happened before. The hotel manager was empathetic and helpful however. I will certainly never stay here again, and anyone who is thinking of booking should read this and consider finding somewhere else.

The hotel has a major security issue. The entrance is right next to the breakfast buffet area and reception desk. My friend was robbed at breakfast, losing her passport, money and phone in seconds. And on Christmas Day. The staff are distracted because at 9am there is so much going on. People are checking-out, some arriving early and there are lots of people coming to breakfast. It’s a robber’s paradise. Despite the very friendly staff here, there is no way I would risk staying at this hotel again, and I would caution anyone thinking about doing so to think twice. And find somewhere else.

Me and my partner visited ibis styles bogatell for 3 night over the Christmas period. Staff were friendly and the hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. I wouldn’t say that this hotel is right in the heart of the city we still had to get to most of the popular tourist attractions and restaurants via the metro as there isn’t much around the hotel itself. The room was clean and tidy with a nice big comfortable bed but really lacking basics like a kettle/tea- coffee making options , a safe for personal belongings and a good amount of space to hang clothes which we have had in hotels like this in other cities. The room was also extremely hot and the temperature when adjusted on the thermostat wouldn’t go any lower. Overall the hotel wasn’t bad but wouldn’t re visit
