I just want to say a special thank you to your employee who was on nightshift on Wednesday night (25th Feb). I came down to the lobby at 4:30am as I couldn't breath in the room; warm, windows don't open and I felt extremely claustrophobic. I have had light version of this feeling before in other hotel rooms but this was pretty bad. She went out of her way to help me, get me outside for a moment, gave me water while I tried to breath again and get back to normal. She helped me find another room (lower floor which really helps and close to stairs and elevator) for the next day and made sure I could move. Her name was something like Mayalen (?). In any case a big thank you to her to make me feel at ease (while feeling embarrassed) and helping me get back to normal and be able to stay for 2 more nights.

The walls are little bit thin, you can hear every noise from the street and/or neighbor room. Staff is kind and helpful and the restaurant with dinner is amazing, for breakfast it is a bit like a school dining experience.
