Nice location, but lots of building work that woke me up very early. Stand-offish staff, very basic facilities and room. It's just a place to stay - not part of the holiday experience.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, had everything you needed. The location was good, you could take the train or bus and they were only 5 minutes away from the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpfull.

It was an absolutely terrible experience. The staff were very indifferent; even though there were other people in the smoking area, we weren’t allowed to pass through, and then we were told that the people in the smoking area were employees. I arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. and asked for water; after the first night, I was told it was a paid service. When I objected, I was told to file a complaint wherever I wanted. This is unacceptable—they should have helped me at 1 a.m.
