We stayed for 4 days and overall our experience was quite satisfactory, especially considering its category. We knew from the start that it would offer only the basics, and that was indeed the case; however, in several aspects it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located quite far from the city center — something we knowingly chose. The neighborhood itself was very nice and quiet, which made us feel comfortable. The building was new, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. In the common areas there were several facilities, such as games, a gym, a restaurant, and other amenities that you don’t often find in a 2-star hotel. The breakfast was simple, offering the essentials, but everything was tasty. However, it was exactly the same every day, and it would have been nice to have at least a bit of variety or a few additional options. The biggest drawback was the room. It was quite small for two people, as instead of a standard double room they had turned it into a triple by adding an extra bed. Even though the room was designated as a triple, the amenities provided were only for two guests (towels, water, etc.). When we asked for extra towels, we were only given large ones because small ones were never available. Additionally, the room wasn’t as clean as we expected, with noticeable dust in several areas. As for the staff, everyone was polite and reasonably helpful. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for someone looking for a budget-friendly stay with basic amenities, in a pleasant yet remote neighborhood. With slight improvements in cleanliness, breakfast variety, and room facilities, the experience could be even better.

Perfect location close to L4 metro line. Rooms were very typical in Ibis nature. Breakfast was average but not overly expensive. Service was OK however to not keep credit card on file in order to charge any incidentals after checkout is a little unusual. Checked out early (noting reception is not 24 hours) to only be telephoned saying I had not paid outstanding charges. The tone could have been a little better as I certainly had no intention of not paying for something that I owed. It should have been simply taken off holding deposit instead, I had to make a separate online payment and I felt as if it wasn't done then and there that the Spanish Police would have an arrest warrant out for me. Loved Barcelona and will return, but most likely not to Ibis Barcelona Plaza Glories 22.

I had a pleasant experience at Ibis Barcelona Plaza Glories 22. The location is good. City center is walkable distance. There is mall next to the hotel. Metro, bus very close. Beach is also close. The hotel is clean the staff were kind helpful. The breakfast is also good. I would recommend this hotel. I have a chance to go Barcelona i definitely choose this hotel . The reception is open 24. Wif works well. The are is calm. No voice. The building is consistent of 6floor. They dont provide slippers . Toothbrush is available upon request
