The hotel is in a great location, with metro stops, a shopping centre and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. the room was basic but clean, the staff were always really friendly. The breakfast was good, but the ran out of some food at busy times. Only issues: the room was very hot, we switched of the a/c and left the window open all day to cool it down as the air conditioning didn't seem to work. Would have liked a safe in the room for valuables. And although the staff were friendly, they didn't know basic information for tourists, like when to book ahead for attractions, metro prices and other basic advice for guests. That said, I would still recommend!

Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, breakfast was well stocked, well laid out, delicious and affordable. The hammocks and ping pong table gave the hotel a youthful and hostel-like vibe that I really enjoyed and the bar area was good too. Food we got was average. The rooms were incredibly hot even with the window open or with the AC on, if that's what it is like in February I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer. Great location near the tram and metro and was ideal for going to a concert at Razzmatazz. I enjoyed my stay here

The stay overallwas nice. The employee at the reception was friendly and welcoming. The room had a good size. The only problem was that the TV was not working.
