The maid removed my waterbottle, with carbonated water (1/4) from the room, I used a lot of time looking for it... She dismantled my Apple charging cable in it's separate parts, and stoved away glasses and books into the shelves. This was annoying and too much service... Apart from that everything was very satisfying.

I had a great stay at Sofitel. I was there with work but the staff were extremely polite and helpful, they made the experience so much better. The rooms are comfortable and stylish. The breakfast is one of the best I've had in Europe and in comparison to other 5 star hotels. highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful 2 night stay, the staff were all fantastic from the concierge who looked after our bags, the transfer from the cruise terminal & the transfer to the airport organised by the hotel, the waiters at the tapas bar & check in/out staff.
