Very nice full service hotel with and outstanding restaurant and bar serving delicious food and excellent cocktails. Nice room with a sea view and balcony. Very nice bathroom and shower with big towels and a robe.

Excellent hotel in a nice and convenient location. Very accommodating upon check-in to enable me to use lower level room for a quick rest after 9-hr flight while promising a level-6 room to switch to later day when the room is ready. After dinner, attending rep at front desk denied the switch when I was ready to move out of lower level room. A bit disappointed, not about low level room which is fine, but at miscommunication between morning rep and evening rep causing earlier promise not kept.

We had an amazing 3 night stay. All staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is very nice , a true 5 star quality. On my birthday, I had a birthday cake waiting for me in our room. I never mentioned that it was my birthday. This only shows that this hotel really cares for their guest. Highly recommended and will be my hotel choice again if I go back to Barcelona.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times. The room was great and very clean. We liked the location as it was (during the winter) out of the way of the crowds, but still very accessible via public transportation.

It was disappointing that room cleaning was not done even though we asked.
