I have never stayed in your hotel.... it was supposed to stay, beginning of April, but, the pandemic outbreak made travelling impossible!

Very good , all staff brilliant. Restaurant manager, Juan? Who used to work at Dorchester was Brilliant. Hotel manager was brilliant. Sophia on phone was great....Julia was awesome

This was the first time we stayed at the Pullman in Barcelona and will definitely do so again next time we come to Barcelona. There is still so much to see. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The view from our room was lovely, overlooking the harbour and sea. The room was comfortable and clean.

It as great experience. One issue to watch is compliance with stay policies, some guests don't care about other guests staying at the hotel (noise at night etc.)
