No refrigerator in room. Everything else pretty good.

Stayed here 3 nights in November 2025. Good location. Room was clean, freshly painted and spacious for an Ibis. Breakfast was nice and staff was friendly. As I was leaving early the last morning I asked for a lunchbox 24hrs before, which was confirmed- but then when I had to leave nothing was prepared. Card reader in the elevator should be replaced, never worked properly. Overall a bit overpriced, like many things in Barcelona.

In addition, the coffee is prepared fresh when the guest picks it up, so it stays warm for longer. We are sorry if this was not clearly communicated and will make sure our procedures are better explained in the future. We also appreciate your feedback about the elevator card reader.
