Loved the location. Staff were nice as well. The room was ok until you enter the bathroom. The shower water pressure was bad. The sink tap was hard to move. And to make it worse we found a cockroach in the bathroom.

The staff are amazing, and we couldn't have felt more looked after. Lautaro was so helpful and efficient, but honestly the whole team are. The breakfast was a surprise highlight. Everything fresh and made with care. Even fresh squeezed orange juice. The rooms are very clean, basic but comfy beds. Yes, there is a bit of street noise but you are about 2 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia . It went quite by 11, though it is mostly traffic, not loud people.

I came around 10am so a bit early for checkin but the staff (Eleazo)was kind enough to see if he can get the room prepared and will message me as soon as it was ready. True enough after stepping out for 30 minutes to roam around I received a call to informed my room has been prepared. Location is also nice, nearly situated to Sagrada but not too close to the loud/massive tourists.

1. no water bottle provided, no welcoming greetings for accor memebrd, treatment is ordinary similar to non members; 2. air conditioning is weak on the top floor 3. no toiletries simple stay. not much wow factor, choose andifferent hotel.

Everything was as expected. Clean, excellent location, really nice staff, good breakfast. The only thing we missed was a cooler AC. You cannot control it individually.

We arrived Barcelona in the morning, the staff were extremely accommodating and continued so throughout our stay. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, well worth the modest price. An easy walk to the Metro and the Sagrada Familia.

Very good location, clean rooms, polite service, rich breakfast, friendly staff. The only recommendations I have are to put a little fridge in the rooms, it will be much better if you change the options for breakfast /just to have more varieties because every day is absolutely the same/. Last one by my opinion is to do something with the windows of the rooms because it is noisy even when the window is closed /the street is not that touristic but there is noise from the bigger Boulevard out/. Meanwhile you offer best value for money.
