Noisey from the corridors. Extremely over priced food/bar. Not clear on the menu that the portions are miniscule. Walking between IBIS reception and Greet entrance was tedious. Encouraged to book an airport transfer for 25e which totally unnecessary - there is a bus for 1.60e which I found in a moments research as this route was not volunteered as an option. I was over being ripped off by the time I left

Ana and everyone else I met at the front desk were very nice, polite and helpful! The ladies in the kitchen were also very nice and super helpful! The problem I had with the hotel is that it’s 10 minutes away from Geneva Airport, there is nothing to do around there, taxis were expensive. When I first arrived I thought the room was pretty small but ok, but when I woke up in the middle of the night, there was little cockroach on the headboard, and a few other little bugs on the ceiling. The bed sheets were clean, but the towels were not, and I ended up using the one I brought.
