The room was nice in terms of standard and cleanliness, but very very small, with no seating except for the bed, no desk, and no water boiler for tea and coffee. These might seem small details, but as I was mainly there for a big fair at Palexpo and needed to catch up on work each night, this made the stay uncomfortable. It did not help that the plumbing system clearly is not dimensioned for the number of rooms. This meant that the shower did not have a single drop of hot water for TWO of my three mornings, and this, for a business-focused hotel is simply inexcusable.
