Bad experience

We arrived late at night and had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. Upon entering the room, we discovered that only 3 beds were made, leaving the 4th bed for us to set up ourselves. This was particularly inconvenient, especially when travelling with young children. Additionally, the toilet had not been properly cleaned, and we found used tampons in the bin. The next morning, breakfast was served at the nearby Ibis Hotel. The experience was chaotic, with many tables left dirty. We asked a waiter to clean our table, but he chose to clean an empty one instead, leaving us waiting. To make matters worse, we had to wait a very long time for eggs, and when the scrambled eggs finally arrived, guests rushed to the buffet and finished them all. When we checked out and left the hotel, about two hours later, I received a call while driving, asking me to finalise the payment because apparently, American Express wasn't supported. I was left wondering why this hadn’t been mentioned at checkout. Overall, the service and cleanliness did not meet our expectations.
