I booked a twin room but I was allocated a room with a bunk bed over the head of our bed. We had to put our pillows at the bottom and there was this awful smell. As early as 6am someone was knocking on our door and there was so much noise in the hallway . We slept with the stool in front of the door for safety measures. The outside environment was clean. And the front desk staff at ibis were helping and friendly.
