Room was comfortable with a view of the runway (11F). Geneva travel card inclusion was a plus. Airport shuttle was good. The room furnishings were a bit worn however, the shower temperature was difficult to control, microscopic adjustments went from too hot to too cold. Lobby furnishings were the same. One lobby chair had a large rip in it. That detracts from a “ four star” experience.

Only stayed one night to catch an early flight next morning. Room was king premier. Large, clean and modern with city view. Room decor was basic as to be expected of a business hotel room. Bathroom was beautiful but i was deathly afraid that me or my companion would slip and fall in the shower as there were no non-slip mats. The shower floor is a marble or granite slab. There was also a shower on the bathtub and likewise no non-slip surface. The hairdyer in the bathroom is attached to the vanity drawer. The cord was not long enough for me to stand and dry my hair (5’9”) and i had to sit on the toilet to do it, it was difficult. Front desk extremely attentive, loved the bar with food as an alternative to the sit-down restaurant. Angelo was delightful!! The vending machine on the lobby was not working. If we were staying longer then i would like an onsite store to buy necessities or snacks for room. Tap water is drinkable so that was fantastic. Was a bit overwhelmed on arrival by train at Geneva airport and wasnt sure how to get to the hotel. Would’ve liked advice about that prior to arrival. However i asked an attendant at the airport and he directed me to the shuttle bus area. I called Movenpick and was told the shuttle was on its way and after about five minutes it came and we were relieved. Taxi did not look like an option as it looked like traffic was not moving. Had fun at the small casino next door (5F min on roulette table). Hotel shuttle back to airport at 6:35 am was seemless, i just put our names on the list with the desk the evening before.

One night before my flight, the staff were wonderful, nice place rooms were nicely appointed but this is my 3rd movenpick hotel in the last 12 months and they really need to start updating these hotels,
