We were quite satisfied with the hotel and the receptionist, Anastasiia. She provided us with a room in a higher category and the view was amazing. :) I gave a rating -1 because there was only one person working at the bar/restaurant, which was a shame to see him so in stressful situation (it was pretty busy). But he was really nice and did a great job.

Well located, but hotel and room with carpet (old and not good due to mites; this is something you do not put now a days in the rooms). Smell strong even though the floor is non smoking. No towel for feet in the shower. TV chanel selection poor. Do not provide the public transport pass automatically via email nor when check in, you need to request it. In others hotels in Geneva it is provided the day of your arrival even if you have not done the check in. Receptionist very good and nice.

I chose Mövenpick because of the well-known brand and associated quality expectations. Unfortunately I was disappointed this time. The hotel is run down and not kept up (dirty carpets on the floor, walls are stained, doors damaged). I had mold in my bathroom and also pubic hair in the shower. The service of the restaurant was extremely slow and unpleasant, we seemed to have been annoying them. We waited for our food for over an hour and had to double check. Breakfast selection is limited for 32 CHF, plates were dirty. I also made use of the gym - while well equipped, there was a terrible smell there which made it an unpleasant experience.

Thank you for everything. I’m just still waiting for my refund (100 CHF). Also, I got trapped in the lift for 20-30min, please arrange some maintenance service so it doesn’t happen again.
