I had my two kids with me and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Follow up service regarding lost and found was one of the best I have experienced. Timely and friendly.

I had room 619, it was much too warm/hot in the room, the air condition made a terrible noise and was not able to cool down to an acceptable temperature. Windows could not be opened to get some fresh air. Quality of my sleep (based on my fitness watch) was below 40% (normally between 70 and 80%). Terrible! I was there with an colleague and she had the same problem with her room (11th floor)

We are very sorry to hear that the system was both noisy and ineffective, and that the windows could not be opened to provide fresh air. A restful night’s sleep is essential, and it is truly disappointing to learn that both you and your colleague had such a poor experience. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide.
