We have been visiting Movenpick Geneva several times in recent months. We stay the night before a flight from Geneva Airport. The service has always been excellent and of a high standard. The hotel is also very comfortable. However there is one individual who has been absolutely outstanding and on each occasion has been very welcoming and provided rhe highest levels of service, and that is Maxime from the front bar. He is an incredible professional and I have noted that on each occasion he has gone out of his way to provide exceptional service. Maxime went out of his way to assist us with a restaurant reservation at each of the two hotel restaurants on two occasions that we stayed... and he made the whole experience wonderful. He deserves the highest recognition and thanks.

I managed to check in early (greatly appreciated) and, as usual, nothing was too much trouble - though little to sort out in reality. The room was it's usual clean and tidy affair and everything worked as it shoul ddo - down to the smallest detail. No hesitation in booking again for the next trip to geneva!

I arrived on 15th November, and the girl who helped me checking in was very helpful. my only comment was regarding the supervising of the room amenities, as the items were not consistently provided.

I received a room at 6th floor toward high way. It was very noisy. In one of the nights the heater was not working and started to blow cold air. I didn't eally enjoy my stay. The bathroom was very small.
