Overall a good experience - especially the New Years Eve dinner - the food was excellent and the service impeccable - super friendly and warm plus they asked if we'd like time between courses - really very much appreciated on a dinner that spans the entire evening on an event such as New Years Eve. The hotel itself is fine as one would expect from a Movenpick, however house keeping fell short. Small bits of litter were left, our second key card was removed from the slot by the door, tea and coffee sachets and bottled waters were not replaced, towels were not re-hung. In fact aside from making up the bed (not very tidily) it was hard to see anything that the house keeper DID do.

We spent 2 nights at Movenpick before a flight. The hotel is conveniently located near Geneva airport and has a shuttle. But it’s also very close to town, and they offer a pass, so you can go to the centre for free. Our room (junior suite) was large and well equipped, loved that it had 2 WC. Beds are confortable, but the room temperature is too warm for the down comforter they provide. Breakfast was really good!! Staff was nice and professional.
