The hotel itself is ok, although the whole building is from the late 70ies. Located within a 15min walk from the airport, however the free shuttle is available on request. The lobby is nice, the breakfast was decent and well presented, the staff were all helpful and kind, with positive attitude, check-in/out was correct. The room I had was quite small and the bathroom was tiny. TV & Wifi worked well, the bed was comfortable. There was also an iron, safe deposit box and a fridge available in the room. The amenities were on request. I didn't like the towels which were not crispy white nor pressed. The pillows were too soft for me and despite being on the 12th floor heavy traffic noise could be heard from the highway below from 5 a.m. The corridors and the floor together with room doors need an urgent refurbishment, they are more than 30 or so years old, with ugly walls and stains on the carpet. Overall a quick decent stay, as the room and sleeping quality were acceptable. Be prepared to pay over 200 CHF for any decent hotel in Geneva.

Location is in fact the airport, reception was nice and fast, rooms were convenient and I got an airport view which was nice. Curtains black out the room but for sure you will hear the airplanes all day long. All spaces were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was ok , but I will insist that all hotels should include traditional filter coffee, the coffee machines that conquered the word of hotels is not good. Dining in the hotel is basic I would not recommend it.

The reception staff were friendly but the bathroom still had hair from the previous guest on the floor

Fist of all, they cut deposit (500 Swic Frank) which was not mention while I booked hotel. As a traveler it is not fair to ask for deposit for short stay. Receptionist was not helpful and cordial at all. I was requested to give us two room in the same floor while i booked hotel but they did not. If they are unable they should let me know before we arrive. They did not provide enough water and tea bags for 4 people for 3 night. We have asked to make our room after two day stay but they did not change the liner, bed sheet they just tidy up. Even they did not hover the floor and did not fill the tea bag, water bottle etc. Finally I would say the hotel location and room size are good but they need to improve room service and better welcome. I will not stay this hotel in the future.
