I was a bit disappointed, the name is big but the experience is average. Rooms need refreshing to look more modern. Breakfast is too expensive for it it offers, poor selection.

The heating system wasn’t working and the staff were kind enough to let me use a portable heater. Excellence service but the facilities are very old

All great except it wasn’t clear that the shuttle was on request so waited a long time for pickup before seeing the navette notice board small print.

Room was comfortable with a view of the runway (11F). Geneva travel card inclusion was a plus. Airport shuttle was good. The room furnishings were a bit worn however, the shower temperature was difficult to control, microscopic adjustments went from too hot to too cold. Lobby furnishings were the same. One lobby chair had a large rip in it. That detracts from a “ four star” experience.
