Easy access using the free airport shuttle (call the hotel reception to order the shuttle). The airport is just 7 minutes away. Nice bar with friendly staff to enjoy a welcome drink. Great breakfast buffet.

Very good option near Geneva Airport. Arrived late for an early flight. Super efficient check in (Thank you Julien), always appreciated after a long day. Room is spacious and clean, nothing fancy but essentials are there (comfortable bed). Good shuttle service back to Airport terminal in 5 minutes.

The family room had 2 large queen beds, so the room was amazing, and the staff were ok. Chocolate Hour was a massive disappointment, which was the main reason I booked this hotel in Switzerland, Geneva - they failed to put up any chocolate until I requested, and when they brought the chocolate, it was a massive disappointment, Rice Crispy chocolate 3 small plate, super poor, I would have expected quality Swiss Chocolate in the Chocolate hour but nope that wasn't it. Also the title is Chocolate Hour but they only put it up for 30 minutes

Really good hotel particularly the staff at the reception. The tube of the shower was leaking water and the room 1029 was a bit cold but very comfortable and silent

Excellent and warm welcome; great room. Short and very nice stay. The hotel has seen better days and is getting on a bit, but the whole environment is a great experience. Thank you to all members of staff I've encountered, they all deserve a big thumbs up
