We were given rooms next to the entrance facing the car park. It was very noisy, and we had to keep our curtains closed. The breakfast was good with a variety of healthy choices.

A lot of the booking websites list this hotel as having a shuttle to the airport. It doesn’t. It has a deal with a private company who will drive you. That wound up being more expensive and less reliable than an uber, which was weird. It’s an Ibis hotel after all. By definition, proximity to the airport is its whole raison d’être.

The first impression is that this airport hotel is extremely clean and possibly newly renovated. The girl at the front desk greeted us with a smile, explained the times for breakfast, and did it all in an efficient manner. The entire hotel is air conditioned, something we didn’t see anywhere else in France during our stay during a heat wave. We could control the a/c individually in our room. The bed was “dressed” in pristine white puffy duvet and wonderfully soft pillows with extras in the closet. The rooms are quite small but we were there for its convenient access (15 minutes) to the Geneva airport. We found a small family owned restaurant down the street called Goody’s where we had an excellent meal of fresh rotisseries roasted chicken and aubergines on the side. A Breakfast buffet at the hotel was much more all-encompassing than we expected-all included in our rate. If you just need a place to sleep (there is nothing around to “sightsee”) we were highly recommend this little gem, and would automatically stay there again, especially to have another meal at Goody’s!

Dear Sir/Madam, My family and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel from 15th to 18th May. During this time we did not use the room cleaning service. We would be happy to receive these bonus points at any Accor hotel that offers this option. Although we received standard points for this stay, we have not yet received bonus points for not using room service. Please credit us with these bonus points so that we can use them again on our future trips. We were promised this at the reception upon checkout, explaining that you have new people for cleaning and that there is sometimes confusion. It would be a nice gesture from you, although it will not affect the rating below. Thank you

We had a good time. Staff was helpful and willing to provide basic necesary things for my infant. The hotel is diffcult to access if you are coming from Geneva airport by bus. For such small room, the hotel seems to be overpriced. But could be because its closer to Switzerland. Brekfast was good, worth.

I am leaving the field above empty to allow you for swift action. Most things met my expectations for an Ibis hotel. Except the shower! Three nights without a proper shower at waking up. In the first day the excuse was that there was many people taking a shower at the same time. It wasn't different at other occasions. The problem wasn't fixed. A room exchange wasn't offered (we were at the second floor).

Good experience with a warm welcome. The breakfast experience was really good beyond the meal because the agent was able to open 15min earlier on a Sunday to give us a chance to grab cofee and croissant before catching an early flight.

Location was very hard to reach form the airport. No AirPort shuttle
