The hotel was clean, the people at reception were approachable and helpful. If I ever need an accommodation in this area I will go back.

There was a single member of staff dealing with all check ins, drink orders and also heating up and serving food. She was really busy but stayed very calm and polite and friendly and I was very impressed. It wasn't totally obvious how to walk there from the airport so a signpost would be helpful.

I stayed only a few hours because my flight was delayed and I was really amazed by the quality of the hotel at an extremely reasonable price. A treasure in Geneva! My compliments to the Ibis Group.

Experience at the hotel was wonderful. Communication via e-mails maybe was a little confusing but at the end I was satisfied with my stay.

The staff very very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The view over the park is also great. The wifi is reliable and easy to connect to.

Due to the Covid-19 crisis we had to leave France and we spent two nights in the hotel whilst waiting for a flight back to UK. Even thought there was no catering available, we were pleased with our stay and the helpfulness of the staff.

Very well overall in the coronavirus mess. Very nice and friendly staff.

The hotel is great because it's close to the airport, but difficult to find - ie which bus, which direction? I had emailed to ask but didn't receive a response. Because we got in late at night there was no one to ask, and not many busses. We ended up walking there, but it was difficult to figure out how to get over the road and to the hotel. Ended up hauling our heavy suitcases up a few flights of stairs to get to the walkway over the highway. There must be an easier way!

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel once I got there. However, getting to the hotel and actually finding the entrance was not well sign-posted nor explained on the website for anyone walking from the airport.

Stuck at short notice in Geneva after flight cancellation and the ibis accommodated us at short notice at a very reasonable room rate. The free Geneva transport card is much appreciated but we also spent one night in the hotel bar area and it was fine too.

This hotel was in a perfect location for my business trip close to the Airport and the room was modern, fresh, clean and well laid out and extermely comfortable with all my travel needs taken care of. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the inclusion of the travel pass for the duration of our trip was most welcome. I didn't have breakfast as I am on a gluten free diet and I would have liked the option of just having fruit, yoghurt and coffee or fruit, eggs and coffee.

I couldn’t be happier. The room was small but had everything one needs and was clean and bright. Price was affordable and the location was superb—a ten-minute walk to the airport along a safe pedestrian pathway. Friendly check-in personnel. The free Geneva bus pass was a superb bonus. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
