This was both an easy near-the-airport stay on our way back through Geneva and a stylish, comfortable hotel. We didn’t feel like we had to sacrifice one for the other. Grocery store and a park nearby for a walk and some birding as well

We’re especially pleased the park provided a nice opportunity for a walk and some birding. We hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Geneva! Warm regards, Axel - Front office manager

Sparse room. No fridge, no cold water, no kettle. You should be clear about the absence of these so people can make an informed decision before booking as I would assume these basics yo be included in a hotel room at this price point.

Dear Paula, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that some of the room amenities did not meet your expectations. As an ibis budget hotel, our rooms are designed around a simple, functional concept, and certain amenities such as a minibar, kettle, or coffee facilities are not included in our standard room equipment. We appreciate your suggestion regarding clearer communication and will take it into consideration to help our guests make the best choice before booking. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a stay that better matches your expectations. Warm regards, Pierre

Would be better if complimentary tea & coffee are available in each guest room in Ibis Style.

Dear Ed L. , Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. We appreciate your suggestion regarding complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms. While this is not part of our current room amenities, we understand how this could enhance our guests' comfort and will gladly share your feedback with our team. Tarik P. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

The hotel is nice, conveniently located and clean - no complaints. However, the entire amount for stay was charged a week in advance, even if I had a flexible option booked and note that the payment will be made at the hotel. This is not something that should happen and more care should be made for this, as it is highly unpleasant noticing that money has dissapeared from the bank account

Dear Tarik, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and that you had an overall pleasant stay. We are, however, sorry to learn about your experience regarding the payment. We understand how concerning it can be to see an unexpected charge on your bank account. Please accept our sincere apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as guest feedback helps us improve our processes. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with an even smoother experience. Kind regards, Pierre

Overpriced for a very basic room and no coffee facilities and was charged for one in morning. Always stay here as it’s very reasonable clean and tidy, but I would never pay that price again for the room that I got.

Dear Lisa, Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us again. We're pleased you found the room clean and the bed comfortable. We're sorry that the room rate and the absence of in-room coffee facilities did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Your comments are valuable and will be taken into account as we continue to improve our guests' experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under better circumstances. Pierre

There was an error made during checking as the receptionist charged me full price instead of discounted price associated with the partial payment with points. I spotted the error, but it can across strange....not sure what is the catch there?

Dear Alexis, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the check-in error and understand your concern. This was simply a mistake, with no hidden catch, and we're glad it was corrected. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and hope to welcome you back for a smoother experience next time. Pierre
