The staff were amazing. Fantastic service all round. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the room was not cleaned, not the bed made once during my week long s.. The carpark seems to be a hang out spot for local youths with nothing to do. There are a number of cars in the car park with smashed windows, interiors stolen and wheels removed. During two of the nights I stayed, there were cars skidding around in the carpark leaving the smell of burning rubber and cannabis smoke in the air. This was disturbing to my sleep and continued until around 03:30 in the morning. Breakfast consists of an apple or banana, a chunk of baguette and a slice of cake. The coffee comes from a machine that frequently is not working. I spite of paying the extra for the breakfast, I found myself going to get breakfast on my way to work every morning. The staff are super nice and very friendly but the hotel location and surrounding carpark distractions are not nice at all. I had to s. here as it is very close to where I work and there were no other options but I will avoid staying here, if at all possible, in the future.

1. Front Desk Agent are friendly and welcome 2. Room quite clean, heater machine work very well. 3. Room 126 sometimes the wash basin is clogged 4. I sent an email ask regarding the geneva free transport card (no one responds) Hopefully there is a short way to go to hotel from bus stop. The construction site pretty annoying to even make walking distance farer.

Noise at Night in the Reception Area

Loud music and loud voices in the reception area from midnight to one o’clock in the morning. Quite dissatisfied with the lack of courtesy shown to guests trying to sleep in the rooms located close to reception.

Disappointing Stay: Noisy Parking Lot and Poor Room Service

The room cleaning service could definitely use improvement. I arrived after 9:00 PM and found used napkins from previous guests still in the room. Honestly, I didn't feel it was worth complaining about given the low price, but it was disappointing that there was also no towel provided, and I had to ask for one the next day. Another major issue was the room's proximity to the parking area. From my window, I could see people using their cars as a place to stay overnight. The problem was that I couldn't even open the window for fresh air, as people were smoking, talking, and playing music in their cars late at night. The noise was unbearable, especially between 10:00 PM and 3:00 AM, and it didn’t feel safe either. It was strange to see cars with pillows inside, which made it clear that people were indeed using the parking area to sleep. Apparently, the staff is aware of this and suggested I ask them to intervene if the noise became too much. It’s a curious "win win" approach to allow people without money to stay overnight in the parking lot while paying guests like me are left without a chance to sleep properly.
