Upgrade to a tight bathroom with again no towels and no soap not worth the money

Not worth the money. You upgrade what was a horrid dilapidated place but it is not value for money. Again no towels and a soap dispenser with no soap. It is not good value. The room is so small now you can hardly get in and close the door.

Staff Friendly but Hotel needs Work. Skirting in room had fallen off.Toilet seat Slack. Room Clean .BREAKFAST poor. Hotel noisy.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Your staff members, particularly the young men at the admission desk : were very friendly, polite and; they offered to carry my luggage from the car to indoor's which I appreciated greatly at my age and walking with a cane.

I prepaid for late checkout til 14.00 and was fast asleep then rudely awakened at 12.10 to be told to vacate the room immediately otherwise if he charged. After a few communications by the staff in French and myself in English, they accepted my answer whilst leaving the light on in the room. Also upon checkin I prepaid for 2 towels which the receptionist didn’t know anything about. Very poor organisation from Accor at the hotel

Convenient location. Pleasant staff. Walls are thin and expect dorm style shower and toilets. Feels a bit remote but lots to explore around. Short work across the field(its a walking path) and you can get the 66 bus back to the town centre (shops, cash points etc) or stay on and continue to Geneva Airport. Taxis from Geneva airport are ridiculously expensive so use only if in a group to reduce cost.

The experience was good. The hotel is situated close to the airport of Geneva. You don’t hear the plans taking off or landing. Near the hotel you have a shopping mall.

First stay was acceptable, but 2nd on 31.8./1.9. was horrible. Loud people inside the hotel until 23.30. I had to protest, then the people became calm. In the morning around 8:00 the fire alarm went on. We wanted to become well by sleeping for longer time... have been in Pergaux F1 on 30.8./31.8. it was ok in comparison.

The receptionist were very helpful as I’m not from the area, had loads of questions and they have been all answered :) I’ve stayed in the cambrio room (ensuite room), the room, toilet and shower were clean ! Something I will recommend will be to expand the breakfast choices ( fresh bread/brioche/ cereals, orange juice and coffee) available. Why not with something savoury ? Thank you once again to the team for having a nice stay.

We have paid for breakfast and breakfast was till 10:00 ! We came for breakfast at 8:50 and the gentleman in reception said u came late and bread is finished !! He didn’t even apologise ! And later someone else came to eat he came and brought more bread from the cupboard:| it was the worst experience l ever had ! ( but for booking l have called the AccorHotels center the gentleman was very friendly and helpful,thanks to him )

The rooms are dirty and it smelled like cigarettes almost everywhere. My window had hand prints of previous guests. I had a spider on the window from the inside. There were oily finger prints on every handle and light switch. I had to remove the blanket from the bed because it was too synthetic and it made me way too hot. There was no “Do not disturb” sign in the room. Both nights it was too noisy, I could hear people speaking, doors banging and music playing in other rooms and corridor. I almost didn’t sleep because of that. The WiFi was very, very weak.

Hotel room was not cleaned, feces stains in toilet, fruit juices on floor, and in the evening roaches started to come out of everywhere. Left my reservation after that and stayed 12 hours in the airport. Emailed Accor and have yet to hear back.
