Dear Denis, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am very sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced regarding the room temperature and the response you received at the reception. Our rooms are equipped with a centralized cooling and ventilation system rather than individual air conditioning units. However, this system should always function correctly to keep your room comfortable, and simply advising you to open the window is not the standard of service we aim to provide. I have already passed your comments along to our maintenance team to inspect the system in that room, and I will follow up with our front desk team to ensure we handle these situations with better solutions and care.
