We arrive at 4 pm via the SBB, so no pick up (no one picks up the phone, too!) When we drag ourselves to the reception, nobody answers our call, people appear busy, and nobody is manning the reception area as if it's a ghost town. Finally, someone responded to my yelling and checked us in. I forgot his name, but checking people in wasn't part of his job description. At least he does a good job, and it should be commended. We used the shuttle between Ibis and the airport on multiple occasions; thanks to the driver, we could get to where we needed to be on time every time, or else we'd be waiting a long time for SBB or our plane. The room seems new, but the shower head holder in Room 325 was loose, and I had no time to report it to the reception as I didn't have a pleasant first impression of it. Other than that, everything else seems fine with the respective star rating for the premise.

My flight arrived after midnight so I was really appreciative that I could check-in so late. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Convenient shuttle in the morning back to the airport.

Good stay with friendly staff, but no shuttle bus available from and to airport in middle of day (only morning and evening) unlike other hotels near to the airport, which meant we had to use taxi and public transport instead.
