We appreciate your comments regarding the shuttle and the lack of washcloths. Regarding the shuttle, we understand that the 5:30 PM start time may not be ideal for all guests. We will review the possibility of offering more flexible shuttle times to better accommodate our guests’ needs. As for the washcloths, we apologize for the inconvenience.
