I cannot say enough wonderful things about Anthony, Valentina, and the entire IBIS team. From the very beginning, their communication was warm, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of our guests and vendors were well taken care of, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. What truly set this team apart was their genuine care and attention to detail. I am especially grateful for their efforts in holding rooms and making sure my husband's family reservations were protected from cancellation. Their support during the process eased so much stress and demonstrated a level of customer service that is rare to find. The hospitality, kindness, and dedication shown by the entire staff were unmatched. The room was very well cleaned, air conditioned and had everything I needed for a short stay including a spacious balcony to get some sun and a very good strong shower in the bathroom. It was easy to check in late at night and the staff were very helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with, right from when i first made my booking. Breakfast was great in the morning with lots to choose from and a very friendly hostess. I would absolutely return in the future. Great Job Ibis.
