Our reception desk is open every day from: 6:30am-12pm and 5pm-9pm. Payment in cash and ANCV is only possible during these times. Parking cannot be reserved (10 spaces only); open from 6:30am-12pm and 5pm-9pm with a pass provided at reception. Free, easy parking nearby. Bunk beds are not made up. Bed linen is provided, but guests will need to make their own bed. We are delighted to welcome you to Menton.

My room was spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was fantastic- between the beach and station and close to great options for food (I recommend the pizza next door especially!). However, I will not return. When I booked I did not realise this hotel is not staffed 24/7 and reception closes. This caused me to miss my booked train and need to reschedule all my onward journey despite two staff confirming someone would be able to give me back my bags at 4pm. Reception does not reopen until 5pm. If this had been explained to me I could easily have found an alternative luggage storage. Furthermore, especially having experienced emergencies staying in a hotel before, I am not comfortable that no staff are on site for the majority of the time. Finally the terrace of my room was ridiculously designed so it was almost impossible to access and it was most useful (as it was January!) as a fridge so I could keep juice cool there without a fridge in the room! The room also had neglected maintenance issues and the noise from neighbours using their bathrooms was ridiculous! The staff were friendly and helpful when present, despite what I hope was a mistranslation regarding timings for luggage collection, but management need to invest in 24/7 staff and rethink room designs and maintenance to make this hotel worthy of Accor.

Good hotel with friendly personal and clean rooms. However the breakfast room is very small. The underground parking if so small that I wouldn't recommend it for cars bigger than a Gold. Even more some cars are often parks on the exit ramp which make it tough to get out and risky for your rims.

The toilet in room 17 was rather slow to clear, requiring myltiple flushes. The floor needed vacuuming, as it had bits everywhere which was not nice in bare feet, including in the bathroom. The staff were lovely, fun, helpful, and professional, and quick to act.
