The self check-in computer froze, and we had to wait outside for a long time for it to start working again. There was no one available to contact for assistance. The room needs renovation, especially the bathroom, which is quite old and in poor condition. On the positive side, the view from the room was beautiful, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

I checked into the hotel at 4pm and left my things in the room. When I returned at 1am the access code did not work and I was left out of my room for 40 minutes in the middle of the night. When an assistant came to help me, it turned out that another person was occupying my room! I had to look for my things in the dark and take them form a sleepy stranger, who was let into my room - I hope by mistake. I was placed into a different room. Not a pleasant experience at all!!

I came back to my room very late at night last Thursday to find that my room had been left open the entire day I have proof of this from the person in the room next door I tried to complain to someone but nobody has done anything I am absolutely very cross about this and the lack of ability to get humans at the budget hotels. This is a grave security risk that needs to be escalated to your compliance team

The hotel is conveniently located next to a train station (not the main one), but it is still well connected. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious for a solo traveler and seemed recently renovated. The nearest beach is about a 10–15-minute walk away.

Small outdated rooms, worse bed I have slept in. However it’s clean and well located to the beach, supermarket and a short walk into the city. 20 mins from nice and Monaco.

Great location. Close to train station and restaurants. Small air conditioned rooms with beautiful view of harbour and old town. Friendly and helpful staff. However the bed is very hard, it was ok for couple nights. Great price so I booked a triple room for myself so I had more room.

Room was a bit small for three, but we could manage for a stop of just one night. Views from the terrace, though, are wonderful. If you plan to stay more nights, maybe try to book a bigger room.

The hotel was the perfect base for our 1 night stay in Menton! The family room was spacious, air conditioned with comfortable beds and a great shower. The only downside was the parking, we arrived when the carpark was closed and the whole of Menton was choka with nowhere to park. We ended up spending a coulpe of hours in Italy only to return to 1 space which was so tight it was impossible to park and we ended up paying to park at the marina opposite which thankfully had some availability by that time. Other than that the man on Reception was lovely and very helpful. We overall enjoyed our stay x
