Good hotel with friendly personal and clean rooms. However the breakfast room is very small. The underground parking if so small that I wouldn't recommend it for cars bigger than a Gold. Even more some cars are often parks on the exit ramp which make it tough to get out and risky for your rims.

The toilet in room 17 was rather slow to clear, requiring myltiple flushes. The floor needed vacuuming, as it had bits everywhere which was not nice in bare feet, including in the bathroom. The staff were lovely, fun, helpful, and professional, and quick to act.

Reception was supposed to open at 1600 but no one was there and several of us were waiting around for a little while. Checking was straightforward as I’d done it online. Our room was next to the elevator but we heard nothing. Double bed room was very tight in size, the balcony was bigger! Bathroom was very workable. Very clean. A fairly typical Ibis room.
