November is a good time to visit Monaco. Your hotel is so close to the casino & the Gare.

Good location but not such a great service

The service is something I really felt missing. From ironing boards requested which never came, check in which was so cold and almost silent to the arrogance of Tarek at the restaurant Azzurra in which the pork dish ordered was served raw. On the positive side, the location and the bed quality were great! I hope that the management team will take action and find out new ways to make my stay more comfortable the next time.

We have stayed here numerous times. Always a good night's sleep and good experience in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet is excellent and highly recommended - eating outside is nice but there are smokers. Evening meals are also excellent and well prepared good food. Parking underneath hotel in 4 level garage, fairly small spaces for US drivers but it's fine and very convenient indeed. Highly recommend this hotel.
