Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your constructive comments. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to kindly inform you that the reservation was made for our lowest room category. In this type of room, we do not provide a minibar or bottled water. Instead, we offer a carafe available in the room, which guests can refill themselves. Water fountains with drinking water are available in the corridors for all guests to use. We hope that this information was communicated by our reception staff during check-in. At the same time, thank you for pointing out the other issues — your feedback is very valuable to us and helps us improve our services. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. I have stayed twice now: The staff are very friendly and professional, the balconies are great but for someone on a work trip the rooms and facilities are not ideal: there are no snacks to buy in the room, minibar or on the room service menu, the menu is quite short/small with not many choices, there are barely any teas or coffee, no milk capsules, no cups, just tiny paper cups most of the tv channels don't work and have signal issues and skip/bad image, only the local ones have a clear image and sound. When I put a breakfast in the room order on the door for the following morning it was never collected or brought and if I ordered the same thing twice it was never the same size, or serving as the day before?! very inconsistent. But the rooms are very clean and the staff is lovely

like some years I stayed again for business 2 weekends each 2 days at this Novotel. And again there are some quite unfriendly hosts around that forced for extra charges in a strength way: For example got I the clear advice that I#m not can finish some emails and video calls (all together approx 2h) after checkout around 11.45h (even I asked & payed for the car parking until late afternoon) without extra payment at the open business area next to the reception! "Sorry, this is not allowed, you have to pay per hour or a daily fee - there is a sign for this, do you understand?!" Yes of course, thank for your clear words, I will leave & work at the airport lounge. This behavior destroy everything you expect of a hotel where you stay for business & the company book every year many rooms!
