Hotel was lovely, room was amazing but the late evening restaurant staff did not make any effort at all. First day, it seemed okay but mostly ignored. No one checked on me or said anything. 2nd day, got a drink and then ignored for the rest of the day so didn’t order anything extra 3rd day, completely ignored. Not one member of staff came over so I didn’t order anything again. Missing out on over €200+ to be spent. On alcohol and food. Seemed really embarrassing really as the staff really didn’t care and the hotel suffers for it.
