Understandable it was a heat wave when we arrived, but every time we asked a question or requested an item, the answer was no. No, we cannot have additional ice. No, they did not have a travel scale (we would have to go via the elevator and a flight of stairs down to the gym where we placed our luggage on the scale). The bartender was extremely rude. We felt very uncomfortable with him, hence we did not use the certificate they kindly provided for the half bottle of champagne. I would not recommend our junior suite as the sun entered the room very early in the morning, and the air conditioner could not keep up with the heat. The staff member who came upstairs to check it, just checked the living quarters, and showed us that the air-conditioning was working, negating the fact that we requested assistance with the bedroom area.
