Really nice view. Close to main city attractions. Excellent restaurant. Parking nearby and you can use luggage trolley. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast, which can be ordered to the room. Clean and Bercy accessible swimming pool.

Very good experience i had in this hotel except from the 2nd day after my check in i had a bad experience on my breakfast it was 4th August at 9 AM in the morning i had a sit for table for 2 with two chairs and one lady i don’t remember her name she was from F&B team slim lady with curly hairs in ponytail style she jumped on me and ask a chair from me i put my back on the empty chair and there was a lot of empty chairs with tables where she could take from and i said where i my suppose to put my bag? She replied to me in a very impolite rude way and said: on the table! I said take the chair from that table? She replied to me: i can place another guests on this table! A d she said some bad words on french which i don’t understand. This hotel is one from the Accor group hotel and it’s a worldwide hotel 3 stars hotel how is it possible that the worker from the hotel can talk in a rude way with guest?! I m also from a hospitality i m working in Dubai, Turkey I have an international experience if i will talk with guest in rude way in Dubai my managers will give me penalty. It doesn’t matter how many stars hotel has they should follow the standards. All in all the rest was good. I m satisfied. P.S. there was a lady from housekeeping her name is Rudina she is Albanian, she was amazing!!!! Very hospitality very polite and friendly! She is top!!!! Wish her all the best!!!
