Expensive, one out of two staff indifferent for your requests and amazingly ridiculous to have a jug of water empty in the room that I was told it would be filled in and I would have to fill it in afterwards. Plastic caps, not even a proper glass and windows with no cold isolation, what a joke for a hotel in Monaco. Never again.

The room was fine, but the coffee pot was dirty and smelled awful and the fridge didn’t work.

person who checked me in was so helpful and friendly . room was ready so she checked me in early to make my stay so pleasurable . staff was friendly except for one person. but all is forgiven because of the team effort. restaurant food was great.
