Rude as anything staff!

We arrived at midday (check in time 3pm) and were met with extremely rude staff. There was no greeting (for an Accor Gold Member!), no accommodation to even attempt to check us in early and no information on storing luggage etc. The staff member who was on night shift was also rude - flailed his arms in the air at us as we were trying to open the door to the lobby. Drink voucher for soft drink or water only (never come across this) and on top of all this, they expect you to put dishwasher on, take rubbish out of hotel, put linen in the bath… all on check out. Isn’t that what I’m paying for? Would never, ever stay again. Horrible experience.

The hotel is clean but very noisy and the quality of the breakfast is not good

Please be careful at this point, there is a thief at the reception who copied my card details and used them to pay his bills, netfix or electricity bill. he stole a total of 590 € from my account, the situation reported to my bank and an investigation is underway. Do not share your card at the reception desk !!
