Positive: The location was very convenient close to the metro. The staff where friendly and helpful. Negative: The room was a bit disappointing, with a "complementary coffe" to use with the pods machine but the box was empty. The terrace has view of the building infront, pointless. There is a very big deposit charge of 100 euro. Neutral: the breakfast was good enough.

Rooms and furniture looks outdated ,carpet looks so old and rubbed ,gives an altogether dirty feel to the room .Separate building from the actual lobby makes in inconvenient and the building looks awful .Smells of damp .Breakfast was nice

Perfectly situated above the railway station (Monaco is on a hillside, 10mins via elevators and walking) giving us access to Vintimilli, Grasse, Nice or Tende by train. No car needed. Great staff, well organized structure. I recommend!

I was searching for a one-night-stay hotel four our stroll through Monaco on our way to other destinations and this hotel offered the best value. Located not far from major attractions, it offers a parking although I did not use it, because another (public) parking was better suited for my needs at relatively the same price. Our apartment was kind of spacious with balcony over the street and kichenette. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. The hotel is an excellent option for staying with kids.

well located, clean and breakfast was okay, so thanks for accommodation. But, there was a loud sound coming every 10 minutes, maybe from a AC machine that disturbed sleeping. I said to reception about it and they had ordered a repair man so you reacted into it. Also another repairman came to fix the window lock of my room, which was super helpful. So overall satisfied.

The staff was pleasant and chexk-in was a smooth transition. The concerns with this accommodation has more to do worth the lack of cleaning and inability of the owners to maintain the property. The rooms had dated and soiled furniture , the bathroom smelled like sewage and there wee bugs everywhere underneath the living room rug. The bathroom door had a brown substance smeared on it and the floors and surfaces were not sanitized - quite dusty. The property is conveniently located near the train (SNCF) , buses and walking distance to Monaco. I believe these factors contribute to their price point.
