Very clean and safe Hotel in the central City. Perfect for a stay with the family. Friednly and skilled staff helps you with every question you have. The appartment is big, clean and well equipped. Perfect for our family of five. It was a nice and relaxing stay for us

We only stayed here one night during our road trip to south of France and We were really impressed. Modern, Spacious, tidy and clean apartment, equipped with everything you needed. We would’ve been very happy to stay longer but we were on a schedule. Very reasonably priced. Only 10 min from the Casino and within walking distance to night life. Parking was good and secured next door as the hotel parking was full. No complaints at all.

We spent two nights at Adagio and we had exactly what we needed. The studio was big enough for the two of us and met our needs perfectly. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

One night stay, upgraded to a larger room whuch was nice. Unfotunately during the night a lot of cigarrette smoke entered the apartment which was very unpleasant.

1. Very good facilities. 2. Didn't like the fact that there is no lugggage stand, no place to hang your cloth and wet towels.

It was a great at a unique environment on mountainous landscape. Clean linen n towels.

When we checked in we were given a room with a very bad odour throughout the room. We asked to be moved to another room and this was done with no hassle. We were given a nice room with good natural light. We appreciated this. There were 2 downsides though. One, the elevator made a screeching noise that could be heard in the room. Second, the walls and floors of the apartments are very thin. A lot of your comfort will depend on the people in the rooms next to, above or below.

As a business Traveller I was most appreciative to be upgraded as it enabled me to feel totally independent. Next time probably prefer main building as late night door code policy and rather cut off . The lift system a few steps away then a steep staircase and slope and down in Beau rivage Loved balcony and always happy to have a bath. Spotless . Great stay for busy person.

everything was fine except i was charged the first night when i did not stay there and warned i was going to arrive the day after at 6PM because of the strikes. i asked the concierge to make a statement so that i could obtain rebate at expedia and she refused to do it

The space was bigger than I expected, with complete amenities from toilet, bath, kitchen, drawers, and even a balcony. The lobby was also very tourist friendly, with brochures, a library, and co-working space. The staff were also very accommodating and assisted me with a lot of the inquiries I had throughout my stay.

While you are booking your reservation from the ALL application , there are some pricing options. One of them is "pay now ,pay less,no cancellation" and one other is "pay during checkin, pay more , free cancellation until checkin date" as a summary . First , i have chosen the second option i mentioned above. I have saved the number of my sanal credit card . Adagio hotel sent me a message, to ask me to make a guarantee payment. They told me that Unless i made that payment , they would have canceled my réservation in 48 hours . But that was ridiculous, if i had already accepted to pay before , i would choose the "pay now,pay less" option . I told them that my card is already valid , and if i had accepted to pay before , i would have already paid the "pay less , pay now" price. After sending them that message , without waiting until end of that 48 hours , in a rude way , they have cancelled my réservation. After that action , because of my belief in Accor Group working system and customer caring values , i made a new réservation using thé pay now pay less option and finally i stayed in Adagio Monte Cristo . During stay no problem occured , everything was fine . But thé thing i am trying to tell is , there is a senseless management of this guarantee issue . And following my message,immediately cancelling the réservation without waiting that 48 hours was a Bad behaviour . If needed i Can provide the messages screenshots between me and adagio.

The newly refurbished apartment was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful
