Super hotel, additional beach facilities with hotel transport (nice touch), restaurants very clean and served delicious food. right in the heart of Monaco. Bedrooms - beds extremely comfortable, with crisp sheets, bathroom clean with white fluffy towels and bathrobes. Nikki Beach - great area to hang out with friends, excellent remixes. Staff superb helping with sun loungers and drinks......could have stayed longer!!

The hotel staff were rude ! The rooms were very old and dirty !! And on top of that they started construction work at 7am on a weekend !

The good - check in. Very good - Nobu Average to less than average - breakfast. Why? Indifferent service - factory style. Cold (hot) tea. Cafeteria quality scrambled eggs. We stayed a 4-5, 5 star properties in Provence, and the food service was not up to par. The check out was frankly bad. I was shocked to hear the clerk question me over a €14 charge. My wife ordered room service and the red wine was bad. She had it replaced with a glass of Rose. She was told there would be no extra charge. Well, it was charged and I questioned it - and your clerk began to argue with me and told me he would have to make inquiries to verify. I was incredulous and told him “are you seriously going to doubt my word for 14 euros?” Definitely left a bad taste.

We really enjoyed our stay! The welcome drink with our package was exceptional. The room was extremely comfortable. The staff were all extremely helpful. Couldn't ask for more from the hotel staff. Sea view room and terrace were lovely (albeit with a partial view of a building site) - not the hotel's fault, but would have been nice to have been made aware of this. Improvements: water we had for our tea at breakfast was only warm, not hot, but generally the breakfast was good. It would also be nice to have some complimentary water left in the room to enjoy. Building work taking place nearby to be aware of - although the rooms are so well sound insulated you hardly notice.

We had a great time, beautifully hotel, perfect located, friendly staff, the room was clean and no errors at all. Only the noise of reconstruction around the hotel was less convenient but I noticed this was the case in al of Monaco at this specific period.

Very disappointing hotel and appalling service

We made a big mistake in choosing this hotel. The first night we ate at the hotel restaurant on the 7th floor. Service was truly appalling even though the bill for two exceeded 300 euro. Breakfast the following morning was more like being at a Butlin's holiday camp than a 4 star. Long queues and once again poor service. Although breakfast was included in the deal we did not return. Our first visit to Monte Carlo was spoiled by the hotel experience. Do visit the car museum though, absolutely fantastic.

A bad experience

Right in the front of the hotel customers may enjoy a huge working place with dragging machine working from early morning to late evening (10.30 pm)! For the price of this hotel this is not acceptable. In the top of that, if you chose Fairmont confirmed by Accor, be aware that your stay doesn't count for your fidelity program. It is a joke!
