Unfortunately left the Fairmont feeling would not want to return to be treated in this manner again. Great difficulty in trying to establish if and where as a family we could have breakfast before our early checkout to catch plane. Our booking had included breakfast but then payment of £221.00 was requested. The staff did not understand or want to understand that the breakfast was included in our booking. We refused to pay and left feeling very angry and upset. Have stayed at Fairmont previously but would not want to return to be treated in this manner. Having stayed at Monaco Bay Hotel before will be returning there in future.

For what you pay at the Fairmont, I was very disappointed. Our room, 1044, had a bathtub with a shower rather than a walk-in shower. The linens were good, but not great. The robes were terrible. I love the location and that's why I chose it. I had also stayed there twice in 2019. I thought it better then and also half the price.

Fabulous hotel. Great location and a lovely room with the best bed ever. Could really fault the stay at all. Sea view, expensive bar but you’re in Monaco so expect it. Clean to spotless. My only criticism would be that I left my reading glasses in the bar. I asked the next day as I knew I had left them there and the gentleman took all the details but they didn’t have them. He said he would contact us if they were handed on. We heard nothing but on the final day I asked again and they had been handed in. Whilst I was really relieved to get them back ax they are prescription designer glasses the hotel could have contacted me to say they had them? Other than that a perfect stay in a beautiful hotel xx
