This was a fantastic hotel that was transformational for our birthday celebration. They did everything right and worked super hard to make sure that we felt that we had an awesome time to celebrate at this wonderful hotel. I would go back in a heartbeat and I wouldn’t have no hesitation recommending this place to anybody who wanted to have a relief fantastic time in Monaco.

First of all, the staff are extremely rude, especially if you are English. The hotel is currently being renovated and the pool is closed. The entrance to the pool on the top level is not possible. we were woken everyday by a hammer drill smashing tiles off bathrooms and scaffolding being taken down outside our balcony. When I complained and asked to check out early, I was refused and told I would need to pay the full amount. We were not told renovations were happening and they brushed it off as its normal; reception was rude when I asked and basically said it is tough. The worst part is the bar at night has a number of prostitutes in it looking for business. If you ok with this then fine but when you are trying to sit there and have a quite drink with your wife and you have 4 sat around, you and one tries to talk to you for business it is really not ok and disgusting. The staff are aware and are actively engaging with them, they follow you outside if you go for a cigarette. It is shocking this goes on especially when you are with your wife trying to relax on holiday. There were also children in the bar. We will never step foot in there again and are frequent visitors.

Rooms are a bit old/ breakfast salon too big and crowded, no charm, low quality of patisserie.

It was a short holiday with the family. This time I had a room with sea view and it was great. Nothing beats the feeling of enjoying a terrace with a direct view on the Méditerranée. The new rooms are very comfortable too and have a modern look.
