I had high expectations, we tried fairmont Monaco for the first time , the room was in the back tower with only one elevator for too many rooms we had to take the stairs many times to avoid waiting in long lines at the elevator, the walk from the elevator to the room was also very long , overall not a great experience

Service at Nikki Beach, Nobu and front desk were fantastic. Hotel is comparable to any conference hotel and not luxury like I've experienced at other Fairmonts. The housekeeping service knocked on the door no less than every 30 minutes after 7:30am and would just come in if we didn't answer (because we were sleeping). We once had the do not disturb on the door and they still tried coming in. There was some sort of constructions happening either on the room next door or above and at 8:30 am (after a late night out), the banging WOULD NOT STOP. I would personally not opt for this hotel again - we were there on a President's Club trip for work (which is a reward for top performers) and it felt like I was there for a work conference instead.
