We had a really lovely time staying at this location. We just had one very unfortunate incident during breakfast when a fellow guest started shouting at my wife for no other reason than she wanted our table which we had been seated at for 20minutes already. She really was a nasty woman and the situation was handled professionally and very courteously by all the staff who were working that morning, particularly by Piettro. The incident was also discussed with Joel who I believe was duty manager.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Monte Carlo. The hotel is perfectly positioned, making it incredibly easy to explore Monaco and everything it has to offer.
The staff were exceptional at every level, from reception to the concierge and doormen. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone we encountered was welcoming, professional and extremely helpful.
Our rooms were beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely spectacular. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere, with great facilities and everything you would expect from a five-star stay.
What really stood out was the level of service throughout our visit – the team genuinely made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived until we left.
A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. We had a very special stay and would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Monaco.

I loved my stay at the Fairmont Monte Carlo from beginning to end. The hotel, service, location, and overall experience were wonderful.
The only thing I wish the Fairmont offered is a partnership with the Monte-Carlo Beach Club. I absolutely love spending my days there, and this is one of the reasons I normally choose Hôtel Hermitage, as they offer access to the Beach Club.
I would love to see the Fairmont arrange preferred or discounted access for hotel guests through a partnership with Monte-Carlo Beach Club. If they did, I honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Monaco but the Fairmont.

The stay at the Fairmont was excellent, from the attentive staff that greets you to receive your car, the bar staff, front desk, and attentive pool staff- especially Jeff. The staff at the buffet and location was excellent. There is a smell upon entering the rooms though which can be unpleasant, maybe sewer?

We had a lovely stay at the Fairmont. Dario and Luca at the reception went above and beyond to make sure we got the view we had wished for when we booked. This is not guaranteed so I really appreciated their efforts and we were so happy with our room.

The hotel was unimpressive and dirty looking upon arrival. While the location was prime, the rooms were dated and worn. i.e. Our cabinet had chips in it.
