My husband and I were warmly welcomed by Luc on the 7th floor who gave us information about the hotel as well as the special arrangement due to the Historic Grand Prix. It was great being able to travel again and we can tell the hotel staff are as eager as the guests. Chloe was super helpful and kind, and offered us free drink tickets so we can hang out at the hotel while waiting for our room. Throughout the course of our stay, both Chloe and Luc remembered our names and were so cheerful and genuine. They made us feel so welcoming. Will definitely return to visit again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Ms. W.

We had a seaview room and Olga Patrico gave us a tour of the property. I stayed there 32 years ago when it was Loews with my late husband, so it was nostalgic! Everything was topnotch!

We were with you for 3 nights and during that time had numerous occasions when I needed to contact the concierge to organise laundry, car from the garage and luggage. The hotel had contacted me in advance by WhatsApp and we continues to use their app during the stay. It gives total flexibility, easy to send with fast acknowledgment. It makes life fun and simple.

The staff in bar during breakfast and dinners are a bit lost and do some silly errors (Mixing orders, etc). Other than that all good.

Good but some reservations

Room and breakfast very good but our sea view 50% blocked by the new building block under constru tion. Pool area was uninviting as the places around pool were reserved for those prepared to pay extra. The free loungers were tucked away at the back. Add it the fact that the DJ was playing very loud music and the pool became something to avoid in our opinion.

Noisy room

My room was fine but suffer from noises coming from overhead or next door. It happened throughout the night and seem to be some kind of sliding mechanism although the source wasn't clear. I mentioned this when checking out but the hotel staff seemed disinterested.

Very disappointing hotel and appalling service

We made a big mistake in choosing this hotel. The first night we ate at the hotel restaurant on the 7th floor. Service was truly appalling even though the bill for two exceeded 300 euro. Breakfast the following morning was more like being at a Butlin's holiday camp than a 4 star. Long queues and once again poor service. Although breakfast was included in the deal we did not return. Our first visit to Monte Carlo was spoiled by the hotel experience. Do visit the car museum though, absolutely fantastic.

A bad experience

Right in the front of the hotel customers may enjoy a huge working place with dragging machine working from early morning to late evening (10.30 pm)! For the price of this hotel this is not acceptable. In the top of that, if you chose Fairmont confirmed by Accor, be aware that your stay doesn't count for your fidelity program. It is a joke!
