One of the room had no balcony. we booked way ahead. we had to wait almost 4 pm to get the rooms!! and they gave us a hard time to leave at 11:00 am at checkout! One of the room was not very clean. not happy with our vacation there

Lovely hotel in an ideal location, 10 minutes walk to Casino and theatre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with our room which had great facilities for self catering although instructions on how to use the combi microwave would have helpful. Great hotel if you want a base away from the expensive areas but we'll located and within walking distance of train station and popular tourist spots. We would definitely use this hotel again.
