I have just had to send a huge email complaining about my trip to this hotel. Far too many things went wrong and the way it was dealt with when I complained was so unprofessional. Was given the wrong room, no balcony which was requested. Door was broke in the room, no lights the first night. Air con in the full hotel is really bad like non existent and I wasn’t the only one complaining about this is the middle of a heatwave. Renovation work is also getting done and drilling woke us up every morning very early. One good thing about this hotel is the location u couldn’t beat it and that’s the only thing that kept me staying at the hotel.
