I have been staying at Palais Josephine for over 15 years and always enjoyed my stay. Apartments are renovated in good condition and the pool area is fabulous.

200 eur /night and have to clean room myself..miserable

location is ok ,room is ok ,staff is the worst they dont even talk to you ,dont explain anything and in the end for 200+eur per night i have to clean my room ,throw the trash in the hallway but is closed and i have to take to dumpster in the street ,remove the bed linens ,clean the dishes…what the hell !? why the the hell i am paying it says aparthotel not apartment ,never coming back if you ask this from the clients then charge 50 eur per night not 200 eur

The breakfast buffet could be better maintained. E.g. before I'm asked my room number, I'd expect the staff to fill up empty items and to clean up the tables.

Everything went well. The only issues were that one lift wasn't working and we only had one set of towels for two persons.
