Bonjour Madame, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience et pour vos remarques. Nous sommes désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés, notamment concernant la propreté de la salle de bain. Ce n’est évidemment pas le niveau de propreté que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients et nous allons être plus vigilants sur ce point. Concernant le service au bar, j’étais effectivement seule à assurer la réception et le bar ce jour-là, ce qui explique le délai d’attente. Lorsque vous avez commandé un kir, ma remarque sur le fait que j’étais « réceptionniste et non barmaid » était simplement une plaisanterie, puisque je ne connaissais pas cette préparation. Je vous avais alors expliqué, sur le ton de l’humour, qu’il faudrait peut-être me montrer comment le préparer. Nous avions d’ailleurs échangé avec le sourire à ce moment-là. Nous prenons également en compte vos remarques concernant les serviettes et l’entretien de la salle de bain, afin de continuer à améliorer nos prestations. It is indeed possible that this caused a bit more noise towards the end of the evening, and we apologize for that. However, this is a very rare situation. Our establishment is usually known for its calm and family-friendly atmosphere. Regarding breakfast, the absence of croissants is a choice specific to the Greet concept. We prioritize homemade, high-quality products rather than a standardized, more abundant offer. Finally, you noted that the rooms have been renovated: we confirm that they have indeed been refurbished to provide better comfort for our guests. Moderate, and so relatively expensive stay. Restaurant and bar were closed due to a party. Very noisy in the hallways during late evening and night. No croissant for breakfast. Rooms seems buffed-up from a former cheap hotel chain.

Ideally located for travellers between north France and the south onwards. Nice restaurant, reasonable prices, friendly staff and wel proportioned rooms. However we have an issue with shower access. The shower is over a bath with high sides and we both found it difficult to get in and out given our age (70’s). Other than that we had no issues.

Just wanted to say thank you for our wonderful stop over. Right from our warm welcome to our friendly goodbye we felt at home. The facilities couldn’t have been better especially for a wheelchair user. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved the quirky furnishings. Our 3 year old grandson enjoyed every minute.

Cet hôtel est carrément dans le recyclage et le circuit court, si vous cherchez du choix et des produits du quotidien passer votre chemin. Petit déjeuner très décevant pour le prix, pas de choix dans les pains, PAS de viennoisseries, pas de pâte à tartiner au chocolat quelle qu'elle soit ni autre bref compliqué . Clairement il faut avoir les mêmes convictions que l'hôtel.
