Perfect drive through hotel for Belgian and Dutch tourists who want to drive stressless to the mountains or to the south. Positive surprise : dinner and breakfast are definitely fine. Not worth going elsewhere. Locals also come here for the good value for money. Special mention for the chef during dinner on Sunday. There was a peak in visitors and he was doing the crowd management with a big smile, while keeping an eye on the kitchen and dining place. Thumbs up for him!

We stayed at what appeared to be a busy time and unfortunately the breakfast team had difficulties keeping up with the demand so that we missed out on both croissants and a scrambled egg alternative. It was very good to have ev charging on site and this was a major reason for our staying with you, but the parking places for the chargers were too close together. It was also an awkward experience to log in to the website in order to pay for the charge. We were fortunate enough to take the last charging place and we would have been even more disappointed if we had not been able to charge at all. I am sure it will be difficult to change the arrangements at Villefranche-sur-Saone but I hope that you will be installing chargers at your other sites and perhaps will be able to take these concerns into account. The booking process was difficult since I think there were problems with the Accor website at the time.

We also thank you for your very constructive feedback regarding the electric vehicle charging stations. The current parking layout can indeed make maneuvering and accessing the charging stations more difficult depending on the type of vehicle. Your observations regarding the spacing of the parking spaces and the payment process via the charging website have been forwarded to our management and the relevant service provider so that we can explore possible improvements. We also share your wish to see this service expanded to other hotels. Finally, we are sorry to hear that your reservation was complicated due to technical difficulties on the Accor website at the time of your booking.
