The room was dark, cramped, had multiple bugs. The dinner in the restaurant was burnt and the waitress shared her unrequested opinion. The breakfast was dreadful, there was no cutlery, no juice, no plates and overall hugely disappointing

Comfortable bed. We’d appreciate a hand towel. The breakfast was good but not as plentiful as in previous stays.
