I’ve been using your chain of hotels since 1992 (for 34 years). My request for a room for a person with disabilities has always been met. However, on arrival in Lyon my son was told we had been allocated a bedroom with twin beds which wasn’t equipped for a disabled person. Using the toilet was a nightmare as the seat fittings were broken and the seat moved as I lowered myself on to it, almost causing me to fall. The only saving grace was the manager who I spoke to the next morning, he deserves 10 on 10. I’m not a stranger to France in the 1980s I created and ran a successful business in Lyon. From now on I will only ever use your Ibis Style.

As a couple, we are finding all Ibis rooms to be too small for two. You can't move around the room or put your luggage anywhere. Acceptable for singles only. Rooms are shrinking over time. Younger staff generally bored and indifferent. Won't be staying with Ibis anymore.

Ok stay, the accommodation is clean, the design questionable and the breakfast not very fresh. It would be better to have less choices but better quality.
