I got lucky because I arrived to the hotel 5 minutes before the reception is closed. I didn’t get the SMS message with the instructions to use the cose to get the keys because my number from Brazil was inactive. Would be better to have messages on the app or by email as well.

Worst hotel ever, cold rooms, pour breakfast, broken coffee machine, broken snack distributor. In fact everything was broken, breakfast was never on time. really bad hotel ever saw even if i compare it with the lowest hotel in China.

The hotel is a bit far from Lyon, but the place is very calm at night compared to a room near the city center if you go there by public transportation, be ready to walk half an hour from the closest bus stop. The room was very clean and decently maintained, the receptionist was polite and helpful .The room was correctly sized relative to the price paid. I would go there again no problem.

It w. way too h.. There w. no way to open a window without letting bugs in (no bug screen). There w. a foul odor in the r., which s. like someone had puked there.
