1. Staff is very rude, especially Mr. John who doesn't even know how to talk. 2. Breakfast is one of the worst I have had in my lifetime. 3. Even if the rooms are available, Its not available for early check in, but if you offer money for the same, They will happily accept your request for the money and give you early check in therefore zero empathy with customers.

Our very friendly reception (Japanese-looking lady, Rachel if I'm not mistaken), made the greatest difference in our stay. Well, I'm not even sure why she's appointed as a reception in the first place... felt like she's better suited as a senior manager/in top position and she had definitely brightened our day and our stay :)

As I had been staying in this hotel for quite a number either staying w family or my gf. I always have a wonderful experience in your hotel. But previous 2 times it makes my experience become bad and more dissatisfied. Never ever wait until 3pm to check in, some time I have requested or not but lately also 12pm. But that day ask me for 3pm check in even I at there. Cleanliness of the room, have dust and hair ball on carpet. It’s super visible. And for my previous room which have bathrobe. And for the request for wine opener. Staff asking me to bring wine down to restaurant since the restaurant is not owned by by the hotel. But I heard from the staff from the restaurant they actually do room service for other room guests. Writing this experience for only feedback for my previous stay experience. But sadly to tell that I had moving my trust from your hotel and doing staycation with other Accor hotels. I hope when the time I’m back to here, something will be changing.
