for last 3 years we are staying during Communic Asia at this property, its very accommodative and decent staff managing it with your personal needs. few issues like NO executive lounge to pamper our friends and families for snacks and evening tea and meetings. also No suites to upgrade the platinum members

I consider the total as an allrounder, I will talk first about the good things Location is perfect, Food spread was nice ( especially vegetarian ), Room service and cleaning staff was good, Amenities and Cleanliness. Special appreciation for Jason and Brandon at Reception, Ravi at Security, Stevens at the luggage lobby. (Very Kind). Now the only challange that I faced was with early check in, not because the room wasn't available but because it was a push to pay extra and get room straightaway else wait and get patience tested. But still I am greatful to Jason for granting me early check in at 12:30 Noon. I cherished the stay, people, ambiance. Some useful tips: MRT can be accessed directly by just crossing the road and entering the mall with one level down escalator. Little India is walking, Don't miss that crowdy streets in night, Mustafa next never sleeps and is all set to fulfill your needs. They provide disposable cutlery at reception in case you have your own food in the room. They extend space by opening connecting halls for breakfast.
