Right from the start the personnel at Novotel looked after us. My daughter accompanied me with a recently broken ankle. Without even asking we were supplied with a wheelchair for the duration of our 4-day stay. It opened up Singapore for us and made a huge difference. The restaurant and room service were spot on and the lobby attention to our needs was exemplary. We particularly acknowledge the kindness from John & Cynthia at reception and our good friend Stephanie at the restaurant. And the trustworthy & friendly Kamil who cleaned our room every day. We highly recommend this hotel.

Checked by Fazri who was so polite, attentive. He even walked us to the lift. Very welcoming. When we were checking out, we chanced upon him and he helped us to check out. We were delighted with his service. 👍👏 As we are senior citizens, we find walking up n down the stairs, outside the lobby slightly challenging.😬 Toilet at the restaurant was very wet including the toilet seats. When I informed the restaurant staff, they told me that the toilets were just washed but I feel that after washing, cleaner should mop dry the floor and wipe dry the toilet seats. 😞😒 Room was spacious and felt very good 👍
