Subject: Complaint Regarding Wrong Commitment, Double Payment & Poor Handling of Senior Citizen Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding wrong commitment and serious mismanagement by your counterpart/representative. I was assured that early check-in charges were already paid to your representative. However, on arrival at the hotel, I was asked to pay again, as the hotel counter stated that no such payment was received by them. This resulted in double payment and unnecessary embarrassment. More concerning was the extremely poor handling of an 80-year-old senior lady, who was made to wait and felt very unwell due to this confusion at the counter. Such treatment of a senior citizen is unacceptable. Additionally, the room category that was promised was not the category delivered, indicating a clear mismatch between what was offered and what was actually provided. This reflects wrong commitment, lack of coordination, and deficiency in service. I request an immediate clarification, refund of the excess amount paid, and a written explanation to avoid such incidents in the future. Regards, Rajeshwar G.
