We had a very good experience at Novotel on Kitchner. Check-in, checkouts are smooth as butter. The rooms are sizeable for family of 3 , had everyday cleaning and other hygiene stuff. It's in little India and nearer to farrer park MRT and couple of bus stops so those who are deprived of public transport can make best use of gold standard public transport that SG offers. Mustafa and city mall are whistle away. I would've rated 10 if got cupboards to store clothes (used&new) in our deluxe room. We had to live in suitcase, it was a bit of organizing issue. Otherwise one of the perfect stays.

This hotel is connected to a large shopping mall and is located right in front of a metro station. The metro line provides easy access to Chinatown, Little India, and the waterfront area. Little India, located behind the hotel, is always lively and energetic, yet it feels very safe. The hotel has a high level of security, as access to the elevators requires a key card. The fitness gym is comfortable and well equipped, especially the treadmills. The hotel restaurant on the lobby floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. My only request would be a heated toilet seat and a washlet-style toilet.
