Excellent front desk team, especially Miss Rachel was very cooperative patient and efficient during check in. All requests were take nate of. Food was good but the management at restaurant didn't make us feel like a gold member. Otherwise room at top floowith a good view, upgraded room.

Excellent stay. The front desk especially Mrs Rachel was exceptional in her work.her patience efficiency and skills to deal were outstanding. We were given 2 rooms adjacent on a higher floor with any amazing city view with any upgrade, exactly what was requested. All requests were handled patiently and with full attention. Room was comfortable, food was good but was not too happy with restaurant management, they were reluctant towards accor membership. But overall great stay.

The whole staying experience was good, only some minor problem upon check in but it has been resolved quickly, the hotel upgraded us to the suite type we want, n the staff attitude was nice!

Centally located Novotel on kitchener,Singapore was a pleasant hotel to stay with comforts. Drawbacks: no arrangement-- not even a counter-at hotel to guide tourists on tour arrangements, taxi,etc Pricing is too high
