Stayed multiple times. As good as always. Really grateful for the walk in check in. Just there was some electric sensor issues with our parents’ room where the lights and AC kept on turning off after every few minutes. Three times service team came and on the fourth time, it was fixed. Also only one person is in charge of the in room dining food delivery at night, makes it very difficult for one person to handle it as when he goes to deliver food to rooms, there is no one to pick up the phone. Lastly, better if hotel was halal certified and washrooms had bidet (hand spray bidet).

Overall stay was very comfortable and very conveniently located. Only thing is that the shower had quite a big leak from one of the joints when running. Also the drinking water tap in the bathroom leaked if turned the wrong way.

Lovely pool and gym...breakfast expensive so ate across the road at the shopping centre. hotel is located across the road from a shopping centre with MRT station below it. They have a lounge area you can go to after you check out. Staff not very friendly and a few times we coudl not get in our room as they cleaned it after 5.30 every day!!
