We have stayed here a few times and it is always very good. The service is excellent from all the staff and especially Khai. The location is great as well. We didn't give it a 10 as we missed a few things in our room. No usb ports, no wine glasses and no lotion in the bathroom!

Amazingly located near little India so if you a traveler from India you will find plenty of indian food options. Also very close to CBD and Quay area for working during the day and partying in the night. Rooms are pretty big compared to other hotels in Singapore with effective house keeping. Front office and restaurant staff provide an amazing service with a smile especially Ms. Sheryll from front office and Mr. Pulkeet, Ms. Meenu and Mr. Rudy from Cali Restaurant. Hotel also has a nice gym and big size swimming pool for a relaxing swim.

Good stay, the front desk is very helpful. But the overall atmosphere feels a bit hectic, and I could smell the drain pipe in the bathroom. It wasn’t overpowering, but noticeable enough to affect the comfort of the stay. The hotel itself has potential, but I think a bit more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and the general ambiance would really help improve the overall experience. Thank you
