My first choice each and every time we are in singapore as the room is very spacious and very near to mrt station. However, cleanliness of the room is indeed disappointing.. super dusty

Disappointing stay when compared to usual Novotel standard (and I stay at a lot of different Novotels). Breakfast is chaotic (I know the hotel was busy) but my food and place was cleared and other people sat there whilst I was making tea. Room is spartan - I was given a large room but it literally contained a bed, sofas and table plus a small desk. Bathroom has no shaver point. The hotel looks worn and 'tired'.

My stay, food, location, ambiance all good but please revised check in time because please come from various countries it's a long journey so they want rest, small children were with them. So please do check in time change. Thank you

Sherryl at Reception was remarkable. Nothing too much trouble, everything a joy to do. Provided information including 3 free clothing items washed. As I was working there for 10 days I required a quiet room which she organised. My room was attended to in the mornings so that I could have a short rest in the afternoons.
