Very noisy guests on our floor and staff didn’t deal with the situation when informed. Children running around the corridors between rooms and screaming at gone midnight. Staff weren’t approachable and barley spoke to us

Check in delayed for 2 hours after 5 pm. This is not acceptable for a Novotel brand and never experienced before. Other than that it’s pretty good.
