On 27th May from my luggage bag where we had kept money - our money was missing as below 20000 TBH 500 USD 600 Malaysian ringgit On speaking to hotel reception they said they have spoken to house keeping and they have not taken, and then they said if you want you can complain to police. I don’t feel this right and proper investigation has to be done on this and hotel should do compensation for this

We were very sorry to hear about the missing funds you reported, and our security team has since conducted a thorough investigation into your claim. Based on our review of the electronic door lock logs and CCTV footage from May 27th, our room attendant entered your room at 3:39 PM for standard service. Following that entry, the guest key card was used to access the room later that evening at 7:58 PM and 9:37 PM. Given the gravity of the accusation and the amount involved (over THB 41,000), the room attendant chose to visit the police station independently to file an official statement declaring her innocence. We have attached a copy of this police report for your reference. This voluntary action, combined with her spotless employment record at our hotel, strongly demonstrates her integrity and goodwill. We note from our follow-up calls that the cash was kept across multiple bags. Because your report was made on May 29th—more than a day after your departure—and because these bags were handled frequently during your travels, there is no evidence establishing that the money was lost during your stay on May 27th and the hotel cannot be held liable for this loss. We deeply regret that you have misplaced your funds and hope you understand our position. Best regards

We sincerely apologize for the uncomfortable night you experienced due to the sudden power outage. To help clarify the situation, this was an unannounced citywide outage that affected our entire area, leaving our team with no prior warning or control over the situation. Because this was a widespread municipal failure rather than an internal property issue, we were unfortunately limited in our ability to prevent it or offer immediate individual compensation. However, we deeply regret that our team did not offer a gesture of goodwill or better communication to help ease your frustration during such a difficult night.
