1. Good front office service with some good well trained staff (I remember a girl seems like from Philippines, she greeted me when I arrived and introduced me all the facilities) 2. However, the breakfast is really bad tbh. Some guests bad manner as I dine there - they use hands to get bread? And waiter seem like lack-of trained( try to ask for some stuff took me some time to explain) And so hot as I dine in the around 9am time… some food tasted like a bit not fresh in that “warm space” I saw cheese melting, yogurt became warm temperature and butter melting and so on. I don’t know why you can’t put some ice with it? Moreover, with handwritten series, I felt like the variety of breakfast is too less. The noodle soup is waste like “water” and even no fish sauce with it….. 3. Room is nice with a good sea view. And nice balcony during the sunrise and sunset time. But the wall painting was peeling already. And bathroom door is hard to close with non horizontal bathroom floor. Shower door also can’t be closed tightly so the water would be going out during shower. I saw some termites when I check in on D1. They were all on the table and floors. I spent some time to remove them.
