Stayed for 10 days 9 nights, rooms were pleasant, beds very comfortable but pillows were terrible. Rooms were serviced to a high standard, but needed more than 2 x sugars, coffee and tea bags and a proper milk option. More clothes hangers and hanging space would be nice. The dining facilities were adequate, but no change in the menu for the whole period while we were there so it took not very long for the 4 of us to have tried everything . Entrees could have varied and the 2 desserts choices lost their appeal rapidly. No snacks available during the day even though the kitchen was manned virtually all day. Staff standing around talking with each other or on their phones, some times on speaker so we all could hear the conversations, while we waited for plates to be cleared or the next course to arrive, we even received our entree after our main course. Several mornings , no cereal bowls available for breakfast and most days coffee makers unable to produce steamed milk. More upright chairs in the Ozone area, low to the ground chairs are difficult to use for older people(+40 years). The decking around the pool needs to have the gaps closed up as it is quite dangerous to walk around, gaps should be no more than 8 - 10mm, not 20 - 30mm. Pool could do with some remedial work such as re grouting and replacing damaged tiles. We understand that with what is going on in the Middle East and Europe than your business is in a down turn and with low occupancy and it is hard to invigorate the staff. The high light was some of your staff, particularly Koy on the floor and Maurice behind the bar, their performance made up for many of the things lacking in the hotel. On the whole a good experience for us, get more enthusiastic staff, look to cater for those guests who don't go out everyday. Thankyou for the experience.

The 1st room provided was a disaster. Switch not functioning, shower partion not containing water, there were fungus growing on bathroom areas. Rooms was change after the request which is a good thing. Breakfast was an utter failure. I would have went for the room without breakfast, but who are you guys trying to feed? Selection was pathetic, egg counter does not even do sunny side up and worst, the noodles from noodle station was pretty much noodle in boiled water. The only one putting in 101% effort was the indian chef but the dishes produce was 1/10.
