Sea View from 5th floor room was stunning. Food, whether breakfast or evening meal was excellent and hotel positioned nicely (for us) close to the quieter end of the beach

TL;DR: Unprofessional checkout and confrontational management. A simple towel check caused significant delays, even after I offered to help. Skip the "ocean view" upgrade. Service: - Neglect at Front Desk: We were ignored for over five minutes while one staff member was on a personal phone and another on a landline. There was no "one moment" gesture or acknowledgment. - Inefficient Process: To speed up our departure for a ferry, I offered to go back to the room to retrieve our towels myself. The manager declined, insisting on a manual check by housekeeping that stalled us even after our car had arrived. - Hostile Management: When I raised the issue of being ignored, the manager became confrontational. Instead of apologizing for the delay, she blamed us for not knowing the unstated towel return policy. Room - Misleading View: We paid for an "ocean view," but it was largely obstructed by buildings. It is a "partial" view at best. - Size: The room felt cramped and smaller than advertised. Location - Accessibility: While it is a short walk to the beach, there is a steep incline. The climb can be quite tiring, especially in the heat.

Over all it was a good experience. The hotel’s location is great and the rooms are comfortable. Some of the house keeping staff is rude but otherwise a good stay

I really enjoyed during staying here. I made some request during booking process, and my staycation was really what i requested, the view from the balcony, the room decoration, etc. Truly appreciate it. Definitely gonna book this hotel when i visit Phuket in the future. Thanks andaman team!
