Regarding your comment about the payment and points redemption, kindly note that your reservation was processed as a prepaid booking via credit card rather than through reward points redemption. To utilize your Accor points, the reservation must be made directly through the ALL – Accor Live Limitless app or official platform, where the points redemption option can be selected and confirmed during the booking process.
