We had a comfortable stay at the Andaman Beach Hotel Phuket – Handwritten Collection. Our upgraded room was in good condition and very clean, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. The pool is on the smaller side but nicely laid out and pleasant to use. The location is tucked a bit away from the busy areas, which I actually appreciated for a quieter experience. A special mention to Koy from the restaurant, who was very professional and warm, and clearly explained my Explorer Plus benefits and why they don’t apply to discounted packages. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was nice and breakfast was nice. It's a bit tricky going up and down to the room and the lobby I wish this was more shown in the booking and ads.

Very well located hotel, just 2 mins walk to the beach. Staff were very courteous. Its a perfect choice for indians as well because they serve indian food in breakfast. Rooms were neat and clean.

We decided to try some new accommodations this time as we come to Thailand at least every year! Patong is a fav destination for us! The Andaman is located close to the B., up an incline not too steep to walk! We received an upgrade as Accor platinum members which was lovely. The staff make the experience that much more enjoyable! Our lovely room hostess who cleaned our room each day was beautiful greeting us every day with a smile! Abu at brekkie was an encyclopaedia of knowledge such a beautiful soul! He is an asset to any business! Syed was also such a support for some special needs we had, he went beyond what he needed to for us and we are thankful! These three employees are gold! Our rooms were large, our view of the B. from our verandas was lovely at night! The pool was a delight each day. Close to everything you need with shopping and swimming! Thankyou for making our stay so memorable.
