- water leakage from shower to bathroom floor making a mess after each shower - sink too small my face hit the mirror each time i wash my face. Not good for ppl over 175 cm - i paid for sea view balcony but unfortunately for some reason my room was changed last minute and a receptionist had to change my suite to a lower floor and the big tree was blocking half of the view while the rest is facing the AC facilities, not the type of view i expect when i book your most expensive room - room is spacious enough but you just have too move the curtains for the view then you will surprised by dust and dirt behind the TV table - no clear policy about ice bucket, for 2 days it was free and on 3rd day it was chargeable and when i asked why they said only first time is free! What about second time.?!

Pros Breakfast is really tasty Cons There were mosquito in lobby areas and it bit us. Also asking staff for buggy service everytime is little inconvenience as other way to go to the second floor is via stairs

The hotel is located very inside on a uphill Very difficult to reach and come out The rooms are only accessible by buggy otherwise go through 60-70 stairs then lift to reach your room Staff is not co-operative
