Great experience: We enjoyed our stay overall. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Area for improvement: There was one night when the electricity went out due to an issue with the power supply. We didn’t receive updates at the time, so we weren’t sure what was happening. The situation was eventually resolved after a few hours, and it would be helpful if guests could be kept informed should something similar occur in the future.

The hotel and entire staff were extremely wonderful! There was only one issue where we were not told that lunch would be closed on our last day, which was not good as who I was staying with had a severe allergy and could not easily eat anywhere else, so there was not time to get an alternate lunch. If there can just be a notice posted when the kitchen will be closed when it usually is open that would be ideal. Again, besides that the experience was wonderful and I have no other feedback besides keep doing what you are doing! Thanks for such a lovely stay!
