Staff were all extremely helpful whatever we requested. Location was at the top end of Patong beach on a hillside. Good location in proximity to the shopping strip. Would recommend.

Great location. Great service and the people were all wonderful. We always got the buggy quickly when needed and the drivers were great. Reception workers were always happy to see us and quick to attend to any of our needs. Pool was wonderful too. Easy access to the beach and life down the Main Street. We enjoyed going through the lane way to the Andaman where everyday locals were friendly and helpful.
