Broken pool tiles, which could cause injury, bug infestation in the room, hundreds of tiny roaches/termites? Was ignored and then given a can of Raid to deal with the issue. Charges at every turn. Check out was poorly managed. I came the day before to explain we had an early flight and that I didn’t want to be delayed in the morning, deposit was paid, credit card information was on file, and still morning of my cab was stopped like I was a criminal and I was forced to return and review changes and offer a physical card to check out. By the time I returned I was overheated and so annoyed. My concerns were consistently dismissed by staff or outright ignored. I’ll be leaving a very bad review when I get home.

This is the best hotel that i have been visit in the phuket. They have good view, clean room, also staff very friendly. The activies in the hotel also fun for my kids, they so happy and enjoy playing with staff the name tesa and zhaky. i will comeback here again for holiday with my big family.

Perfect place for family stay. 3 pools at different levels ensure they don’t feel crowded. Kids pools at a separate level. Have a kids club as well to keep the young ones engaged. Breakfast buffet is sufficient and enjoyable. The staff is cordial, special shout out to Garfield and Kwang who looked after us and the kids requirements (read tantrums). Location ideal- close to Patong beach and have a free shuttle service to town. Overall a nice experience, very enjoyable!!

We had a lovely stay - we purchased the all inclusive package which was great value. The food at the hotel was 5 star and the staff very accommodating. Rooms were very clean and the view from the balcony was appealing. We also experienced the spa scrub and massage which was relaxing, clean and professional, a great birthday treat for me and hubby.
