The rooms are in terrible condition with cockroaches, ants, etc in the room. Housekeeping did not solve even after multiple calls. Not worth the price I paid at all.

excellence service from start to finish , it must be aware to guests with mobility issues that it is on a steep , staff helped as much as possible , shuttle to town and up and down the hill very good . breakfast and dinner very good.

The hotel is on a hill, so the view is excellent. It's a bit hard to go up and down, but they have a local tuk-tuk. The room is comfortable, with a nice bed and pillows, and cleaning is also okay. The TV is mounted to the wall, so you can't connect a tablet, and there isn't a single music channel on TV.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay at the Novotel. Great location at the end of Patong beach. Service and staff could not be faulted. The only negatives were the hotel was unable to organize an airport pick up, despite being given 48 hours notice and the usual issue of guests claiming sun beds and then not being seen for several hours. Signs around the pool advise towels will be removed from sun beds if left unattended for over an hour however the staff do not enforce this.
