We had a fantastic stay at the Novotel Resort. The location is perfect, close to everything you need, whether it’s the beach, restaurants, or local attractions, which made getting around so easy, especially with kids. Before booking, I was a little concerned about the nightlife in Phuket when traveling with children, but the resort is nicely tucked away and feels very family-friendly. Even when we ventured into town, there was nothing we felt uncomfortable about, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel amenities are excellent for families, with plenty to keep everyone entertained. The pool area was a standout, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really made the experience special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. Overall, a great choice for families looking for convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality. We’d definitely stay here again.

The location is very nice, with a beautiful view . The check-in staff were friendly and efficient, making a good first impression. However, the security staff at the hotel entrance were inattentive, standing around chatting and using their phones instead of assisting guests. The breakfast area did not appear hygienic or clean. Additionally, there were ants and insects in the room, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. I would like to thank the IT girl who helped resolve my internet connection issue.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever been too the staff are the nicest and kindest people I’ve ever met they can’t do enough for you Mr 1 is number 1 big thank you to him and all the bell boys for looking after us during our stay also a big thank you to the gardeners, cleaners and the security guys always working so hard and smiling 🙏🏽 the views from this hotel are out of this world! We couldn’t fault a single thing we loved our room, the pool, all the staff and the location! We also used the spa here at the hotel recommend it 10/10. If you don’t want to walk up the hill the security ring through to reception and the bell boys come and collect you multiple times a day. Thank you so much Novotel for an unforgettable experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
