I wholeheartedly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean and kept clean throughout the whole day. The staff are friendly and couldn’t do more to help and please us. The best thing about our stay here was the kids party that was held twice a week. The team Tok, Beat, Pang, Bank, Few, Four and Tesa were totally awesome!! They made my children feel welcome, safe, excited and happy. They organised a party that my children would never forget. There were games a pool foam machine and prizes that could be won. I could not recommend this enough. Thank you to the team for making my children’s stay here one they will never forget and our stay here five stars. We will be coming back.

Perfect view for new year fireworks

We stayed here around new year's eve. Had been here before (same time of the year), and was able to get the same type of room in the location asked for (big kudos for that). They usually have a new year's eve party, and the view over town and fireworks is just stunning. Gonna start with 2 minor letdowns : - status and loyalty not recognized before arrival and during check-in. Can happen, new staff, busy period, etc.. - no laundry paper/form or bag in the room, and despite calling reception, never got any that day. Now the good things : - amazing view from breakfast, restaurant, bars, lounge. - one of the best pizzas ever (at the pool bar, 3 tables in the shadow) - they came by the room on 31st December and gave some small Novotel merch/gifts. Very nice - at the entrance of the hotel, down by the main road, there is a security guard. He will block the traffic to help guests cross the road. Based on how dangerous the traffic is in Patong nowadays, this is really helpful. Which there was more of this in other hotels. - staff in restaurant is very friendly Will very likely return

My wife and I came to the Novotel Phuket Resort for our honeymoon, and we had a FANTASTIC time. The facilities are amazing; we barely wanted to leave the resort. All of the staff are so hardworking and truly care about the cleanliness of the resort and the comfort of their guests, all while taking steps to protect the environment. We were especially taken care of by Mr. Ping, Mr. Best, and Mr. Bell by the pool. We ordered a fair few drinks and food, and they always brought it to us with a smile! We also really appreciated the care we received from Max, who did room service and works at the Pinnacle Sky Bar and Restaurant. He was always so kind to me and my wife; we always felt welcomed when we walked in for dinner. 5/5 is an easy score to give to this resort!

Overall we had a really pleasant stay at the Novotel Phuket. Everyone was so friendly and helpful; apart from the lady who checked us in, who was really cold and unwelcoming, which was a shame (and a surprise) as from then on, we were met kindness and smiles. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, we did batik painting and went on an afternoon organised trip and the port/airport transport organisation was spot on. We had a swim up room and this was so quiet, relaxing and definitely worth the extra cost. The hotel is near to Patong, but away from the hustle and bustle. Definitely recommend :)
