The hotel was amazing! From the super friendly staff to the hotel room itself. It was well above expectations. The hotel provides a shuttle service hourly to the main area of Patong (Shopping Centre) which is a short walk through to Bangla Road. If you don't want to use the shuttle, there is almost always a taxi or tuk tuk down the bottom, which can take you into Bangla Road for about 200-300 TBH (depending on traffic) The room, was spacious and we had selected an ocean view room with pullout bed. The room was spacious and had a lovely little balcony over looking Patong Beach which was amazing. The room was spacious as well which was great with a toddler. The extra bed was comfortable and in between large king/ small double. Breakfast and the pools were all you could ask for, the place was clean and the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Shout out to Frankie from the hotel, who helped us when we unfortunately had an incident in town. Frankie and the Novotel staff did everything possible to help us get the issue resolved and went well and truly out of their way to help us. The Novotel staff made us feel at home, and super welcome throughout our whole stay, they were particularly impressive with engaging with out toddler and made his first international holiday a memorable one!

Cute resort situated on a cliff right next to patong beach. Staffs were awesome and helpful. Met some unexpected difficulty during the stay but they were helpful. Frankie was a great reception team during check in and check out. Cath, she was a great fronts desk, offer me an apology and dinner coupon to accommodate the flood in my room because of the storm. Max, is nice guy from restaurant, he is so friendly and energetic. Overall, just a short trip and my trip to Phi Phi island was cancelled due yo the storm anyway I could be happy during my stay in the hotel.
