What a splendid place to spend holidays!

We are extremely happy to have booked this hotel, as it ticks up all the boxes of our needs. The location is very good, just next to the best beach in Phuket. The pools are really nice. The views are magnificent. The opulent Thai architecture and decor of the hotel is yet another strong point. The food is very good. The rooms are good, although a bit worn out. The service is splendid. We had a small glitch with our room, as we got a king bed instead of two queen beds, but it was quickly solved. Speaking of great service, my son's favorite is Arthur - bartender from the pool bar. Our dinner yesterday at Pinnacle bar was a culinary feast. The chef really knows how to pamper his guests. They even have a car service for the guests who don't want to climb up from the beach. All in all - it's a place we can sincerely recommend!

Mr Arthur the bar tender of Herring bar is great very polite and gives very good service. The drinks were all nice and the happy hour offer is a really good deal. The pool area is nice and clean. Would visit this hotel again. The other guy working at the bar was also good

Beautiful place and people. Hotel very comfortable and clean. The best waiter is mr Arthur very nice and attentive. Drinks and nice life all on the door step. And all very cheap. No9 for food very nice and affordable.

Great service!! Haha the guys at the pool gave me lots of wonderful tasting pina colada. People were very friendly especially Mr Best, Mr Gala and Mr Arthur at the pool!
