I did not request for laundry, but the staff somehow took my shirt and send for laundry. And it took 2 days to complete!

I was very satisfied with most aspects of my stay at the hotel. The staff, lounge, and breakfast service were all excellent. However, there was one issue that made me quite uncomfortable. Prior to my arrival, I had requested a late check-out at 3:00 PM via email in order to attend an online meeting. Upon check-in, I also informed the front desk, and my key card was set to allow access until 3:00 PM. After having lunch at the lounge, I returned to my room to take a short nap before my meeting. During that time, a foreign hotel staff member came and rang the doorbell, asking when I would be checking out.
