Travelling with our family (2 adults, 2 children (age 11) to Spain in a heatwave is uncomfortable. Our 1 night stay at the hotel was great. The swimming pool and awesome airconditioning in our rooms made the stay extra nice. Comfortable beds. Functional bathroom, although smallish and the room were clean. No comments on that. Getting to the hotel was rather easy. Just off the freeway and a few kilometers to the North of Dijon near the hospital. Bonus: there are 3 restaurants (Pizza/pasta place, grill restaurant and fast food chain) within a minute (!) walking of the hotel. Which is good because nobody want to walk a lot in 38C.

Clean comfortable rooms with good aircon. Located close to motorways and opposite a very large shopping centre (10-15 min walk). Chose this as a good stopping point on our way further south so we were hoping for a quick getaway. Arrived at breakfast to find no bread, no eggs and most of the tea selection missing. Despite reassurances further produce was on its way, 15 minutes later we gave up and left. Totally unacceptable and I’ve never experienced this at an Accor property before. It’s really basic hospitality to anticipate having enough food for breakfast. I will be contacting Accor for a refund of our breakfast. Very annoying as this delayed our departure.
