We stayed at this hotel on our way to the south-eastern part of France. Rooms were clean and quiet and by taxi it was just 7 minutes to the restaurant where we had chosen to have dinner.

There was dust over the bed heads. And dust near sitting areas in the breakfast area. The pool was not so clean. It was written it is heated pool but it was so cold, we couldn’t swim and enjoy it. 4 points just because the breakfast was good. But the price per night is too hight for this quality. I would prefer to pay 50 chf more and stay in the city center Mariott hotels.

really enjoyed our stop over at the Mercure hotel in Dijon. We were 2 couples of which 1 with a baby. We got 2 adjacent rooms, baby bed installed and everything ready. We also had dinner and breakfast which was really nice and the service was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again. Short walking distance to the center and easy parking.

Stayed for an overnight stop on way to South of France from UK. The hotel is in a great location to get to and go into Dijon Centre. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout, the bedrooms are perfect, the restaurant and food is also excellent at a good price. Very pleasant outside area with swimming pool to use. Parking is also very convenient and secure

We're sorry about this but our parking area is quite old and wasn’t designed for the larger cars and SUVs commonly used today, so it can be a bit tight for bigger vehicles. We enjoyed the well-fitted and large bedroom plus a good ensuite bathroom. The outdoor swimming pool was very welcome in the heatwave and was set in a large verdant courtyard garden. Breakfast was very good.

Lovely room. Very nicely decorated. Lovely pool. Airco could have been better.

Mme v., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted that you enjoyed your stay at the Mercure, particularly our room and the pool. However, we’re sorry about the temperature in your room. We’re indeed experiencing exceptionally hot weather this year, and unfortunately, our air conditioning system is less effective in coping with these extreme temperatures than it was during previous summers, which were not as hot. Rest assured that we are doing our utmost to resolve this issue permanently. In the meantime, we have also invested in fans to provide our guests with an additional solution during heat waves.
