The stay was okay. However, I need to feedback a few things: room was really dark, air conditioning does not work, no slippers were provided in the room. When asked for slippers, reception said €3. Seriously, a 4* hotel charging for slippers???

Dear Nicholas O. I have received your feedback and noted your points of dissatisfaction. I am sorry to hear that you found your room too dark. We have chosen to have rooms with soft lighting to create a warmer atmosphere. However, I have taken note of your feedback. Regarding the air conditioning, during the winter months the hotel operates in "heating" mode, not "cooling" mode. The system can, however, be turned off to allow the temperature to drop. Finally, slippers are an optional extra in the lower room categories and are provided free of charge in the higher categories. This is a standard benefit of the higher categories. Friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff; as my wife had impaired mobility through injury, the staff met my requests for a room close to the elevator and also provided assurances with regard to parking. Excellent dinner in the restaurant and good breakfast. Very comfortable bed and stylish decor throughout the hotel. The underground parking is secure and well lit and clean.
