This is a very good Ibis, close to the centre of Dijon and with excellent transport links. It has a nice, secure and spacious underground car park with a lift up to reception and a tram station (Auditorium) about 30m away. Rooms are pleasant with good air conditioning and very comfortable beds. The bathroom is an OK size but it’s easy not to close the shower door correctly and hence get the bathroom floor wet. Towels are a little bit thin and a little bit small but that seems to be the Ibis standard. The shower was nice with good pressure and hot water. The breakfast is good quality, Ibis style fare, and the breakfast room is a pleasant place to be, just behind reception. The coffee lacked punch but was greatly improved with an extra shot of espresso. Dijon itself is an absolutely delightful place to visit. The Place de Republique is an easy ten minute walk or a short tram ride. Dogs are not allowed on trams. All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel. One thing that did stand out was that the staff don’t seem very happy but they are polite and efficient.

First time staying here & it was a very pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and obliging. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty too. Thanks for the hospitality and will definitely recommend to all & will be visiting again soon!

The hotel is lively but three days after leaving there is still no reply to my concern of being charged three times for the room. Be careful about staying here

As discussed by e-mail, we are making a deposit before the day of the check-in so that if you want to have something at the bar for example, we are able to transfer your drinks on the room bill. In your case, we indeed made a mistake and do two deposits instead of one, but at the end, we are giving back the money and It can take several days. You should have received it now. Stayed there for the night when on transit, and we were very pleased. From the receptionist that attended us (didn't quite get the name, but I think it was Maëlle?) to the room and the breakfast in the morning, well worth the extra travel. Will definately stay again in the future
