Easy peasy stop over for us. Been here several times and has always been good. Disappointed with the breakfast as there were no eggs or sausages. Also the range of hams and cheese was less than what we had before.

We checked in on Friday evening and were given a horribly dirty room, with stains on the walls and mattress, as well as a putrid smell coming out of the bathroom, which had two bugs running around the floor. We stayed in the room for 5 minutes and then left, and ask the front desk for a refund. They argued that the room was used, which it wasn't, and after letting them know the horrible experience they agreed to refund our money. I am waiting for the refund.

Dear Guest, We would like to provide some clarification regarding your review. Your reservation was made for three guests, but you arrived with four people. We informed you that we could not accommodate an additional guest under the conditions of your original booking and that an appropriate alternative would be required. In order to allow you to stay at our property without losing the value of your reservation, we offered you an alternative solution. Unfortunately, this proposal was declined. We also dispute the statements regarding the condition of the room. The room had been thoroughly cleaned, prepared, and inspected prior to your arrival. The issues described in your review do not correspond to the findings of our team. Based on these facts, we believe that your decision to leave the property was related to the discrepancy between the number of guests in your reservation and the number of guests who arrived, rather than to the condition of the room. For these reasons, we are unable to approve your refund request. The reservation terms were not respected, and a reasonable alternative was offered but declined. We wish you all the best. Easy to access parking, elevator going directly to rooms and reception. Employees very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than I thought it would be and the bathroom was simple but nice. The included breakfast was really nice and filled with diverse food in the buffet (even some lactose free milk which is much appreciated when you are intolerant like me). The hotel is quite well located with the tramway stop just next to the entrance (less than two minutes walking slowly). Only improvement that would make it even better would be having a restaurant in the hotel. After a long drive, the last thing you wish is to get out again to find something to eat before a well deserved sleep. We personally ordered food online but I good restaurant meal is always better.
