Easy to find 5-10 minds from motorway, great that receptionist present all night, very helpful with our bags. Clean comfortable rooms prefect for quick stay. Online booking system very tricky and annoying though.

Building works and cleaning in the middle of the night!

No mention at the time of booking that building works are taking place for 5 months in early 2020! The hotel is very messy as a result and parts of it not accessible but still in plain sight. Toilets/showers were being noisily cleaned at 3 am in the morning. Very disappointed even though our expectations were as low as the hotel category in the first place.

Scammed at reception

Extremely disappointed. Charged significantly extra at reception because error on website - the person on reception was very unhelpful. Drug-taking paraphernalia in the grounds outside our room - pictures taken.

There was building work at the hotel. We were not informed of this at the time of booking. The fire alarm was set off at 4am which led to a disturbed night’s sleep. We were given two rooms by Reception which meant we heard every coming and going during the night. In addition, the showers and toilets were noisily cleaned at 2am.

This was a stopover for us on the way down to the Alps. Room was clean as were showers and toilets. The reception / breakfast area is very small and was crowded.

Good comfort and clean, not too noisy from other guests. The morning staff was very rude and unhelpful - she was more like a military general. Most offputting. The evening staff was very friendly and helpful.

Too basic for that price

Most important: Building is way too noisy, floors squeuk and crack even while its not an old building. Furthermore toilets and showers are very wornout, why is there not even a toilet Seat? Why no towel for that price. I know its cheap but for this price you should be able to throw in a towel. I Am happy to pay 5 eur more if you’d fix that.

When we arrived it was 34 + degrees outside at 6pm. We checked in, this was the only good part as it was very straight forward, only to see a notice on reception advising that the air conditioning was not working! We checked in to our rooms, which were not very inviting, the bed spreads were dirty and the whole room looked as though it need a really good clean. The shower and toilets, do not look like they have been updated since we last visited 5 years ago! The outside part as you walk in to reception was very dirty, plastic bags covered the seats, which also looked like they had seen better days.

It was a horrible night. The airconditioning did not work while it was over 35 c. The bedsheets were not clean and the door unlocking system did not work for one of our rooms. The personnel was very helpful, but unexperienced...

Friendly staff, very cheap, nice place to rest a bit after a long drive, nice bedsheets and matrasses, nice to have a sink in the room. Breakfast was also nice. Only the showers and toilets were very hot/moist but maybe that was due to the weather.

We have stayed here several times before but this time it felt jaded. No air conditioning at all (broken), but it has been before as well. With temperatures over 30+ degrees this was unacceptable. Only offered two free coffees as compensation. Breakfast was sparse and desk service poor. Too expensive for what it was offering and probably would not stay there again.
