no possibility to wash your hands after using the toilet (no water, no soap, nothing). the showers didn't offer any relief: all soap dispensers were empty.

I am very disappointed to receive this email. Last month I tried to cancel this stay as my cousin's mother had passed away, meaning that we could no longer stay at the Dijon F1 as they had stayed in Australia for the funeral. They got a refund, as they had booked through Booking.com, but I didn't as I had booked directly with you. Please can you convey my disappointment to your managers.

Very hard bed, poor quality mattress, no toilet paper in cubical at 8am.
