I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding our recent stay. We booked hotel rooms for our family and were assigned rooms 215 and 232. Upon entering room 232, we noticed that the window had been left wide open. While we were initially surprised, the reason quickly became clear: the entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. This is, in our opinion, completely unacceptable. Furthermore, we were unable to reach anyone at the reception desk at that time. We paid for a non-smoking room! Since the window was already open when we arrived, I must assume that the staff was aware of the odor and attempted to mask it.

usual excellent hotel f1 standards, nice location close to Zenith, Carrefour etc, 4 min drive to Dijon centre, all staff were v friendly and helpful, good selection of snacks, coffee and travel sundries and a great selection of fresh breakfast items

Clean and large room that houses 6, ideal for a quick overnight stay while traveling to the South (with a family of 5). Clean general facilities.
