It really isn’t a stay you ever want to have , with 4 children with us , it was very scary, smelly of cigarettes to the point my asthma kicked in . No tissue in the room . Just a bed and sink , felt like you were in prison . I would tell people never to go here . My little boy begged us to never come here again as he was so scared . Toilets were smelly and dirty . We pre-ordered breakfast but didn’t go as we’re worried that we could get ill .

From the front desk to the room, this place was a complete disaster. The staff were unprofessional, high, clueless, and couldn’t even manage something as basic as providing a room code. The whole setup felt chaotic and poorly run. The guest area was overrun with thugs, screaching and playing loud music whilst vaping. The room itself was filthy, tiny, and completely misrepresented online. No air conditioning, no space, and a bathroom that looked nothing like what was advertised. It felt more like a dirty cell than a hotel room. The towels were threadbare and unclean, and there wasn’t a single basic amenity—not even hand soap. Overall, unacceptable in every way. Avoid at all costs if you care about cleanliness, safety, or basic standards.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding our recent stay. We booked hotel rooms for our family and were assigned rooms 215 and 232. Upon entering room 232, we noticed that the window had been left wide open. While we were initially surprised, the reason quickly became clear: the entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. This is, in our opinion, completely unacceptable. Furthermore, we were unable to reach anyone at the reception desk at that time. We paid for a non-smoking room! Since the window was already open when we arrived, I must assume that the staff was aware of the odor and attempted to mask it.

usual excellent hotel f1 standards, nice location close to Zenith, Carrefour etc, 4 min drive to Dijon centre, all staff were v friendly and helpful, good selection of snacks, coffee and travel sundries and a great selection of fresh breakfast items

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay while driving across France. It stated that the room had a bathroom but on arrival, discovered there were only shared bathrooms. The room was tiny with 2 single beds and a small sink. Towels were not provided and the bed had a hard mattress and a lumpy pillow. There was no soap or sinks in the shared toilets 🤢 I would imagine the rooms in prisons have more luxuries than this.
