We are pleased to read that you had an overall comfortable stay and that you appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, our breakfast selection, as well as the friendliness of our team. Our location next to the train and bus station is indeed very convenient for travelers wishing to easily explore Bordeaux and the surrounding region using public transportation. We also appreciate your comments regarding the current construction works around the hotel. As Bordeaux continues to evolve, some nearby urban developments may temporarily cause daytime noise and partial street access limitations. We fully understand that this may affect the comfort of our guests, and we sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding during this period. Regarding your comments about the room equipment, we completely understand your remarks. Kettles in guestrooms are unfortunately not part of the ibis Styles brand standards. Concerning the USB sockets, our rooms are equipped with standard electrical outlets, but we acknowledge that integrated USB ports are increasingly appreciated by travellers today.
