Dear, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, even though we are truly sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the unpleasant odor you encountered upon arrival. Prior to your stay, we had made the decision to offer you a complimentary upgrade to a Comfort room, as a gesture of welcome. We completely understand your choice to change rooms due to the smell, and therefore reassigned you to the Standard room you had originally booked. We regret that this situation affected your perception of our hospitality, as our primary goal is always to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Your comments have been noted and shared with our team in order to improve our service and responsiveness. We hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you under better conditions during a future visit to Bordeaux. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Bonjour monsieur T. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour au sein de notre établissement n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.
