Staff is very welcome and helpful. Comfortable stay after a long day. The only downside is there is work ongoing on the street in front of the hotel. So the access from the city center or tram must detour a bit further.

The hotel is a short walk from the railway station which was well lit so as a lone female I felt safe. The hotel is calm and quiet, my room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendy and helpful. Overall, a very nice stay. I’d definitely stay again.

Generally good - short walk from station but road is dimly lit and a bit lonely. Breakfast good. Only issue was 2 deposits taken for one booking when checking in online - despite paying full amount on checkout to date only one of the deposits has been refunded

If location was enough (near the train station), this hôtel would be fine. If a good bed, fresh smelling room and towels matter, avoid this Ibis hôtel. From experience, this hôtel brand is a mixed bag and this one is to be avoided!

The location was terrific for Access to the station and the tram network. The massive construction site next door was clearly off-putting but not detracting from the actual hotel stay.
