Very friendly, helpful staff, good variety of choice for breakfast - only negatives were no kettles or USB sockets in the room. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Nice bed but One of The cleaners knocked on my door that I should leave at 11:30 when it was written that the check-out is at 12 noon. Her colleague apologized though after realizing they were mistaken.

I was stranded in Bordeaux because of train cancellations on the way back from a long business trip during which I experiences plane cancellations, rebookings, and multiple delays due to a storm system. This hotel was a godsend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if this happens to me again.
