We so enjoyed the easy access to the sea and the Sunset terrace bar was perfect for an evening drink watching the world go by. Thank you for managing to sort out a problem with the air conditioning vent which was causing concern. The staff on reception, the breakfast room and the bar were very friendly and very helpful.We were also impressed by the 2-1 room cleaning policy and its charitable concept.

The hotel is very well located. The room itself was good, spacious, with air conditioning that worked well, although there was some overlooking between rooms and neighbours (vis-à-vis). Unfortunately, several details let the stay down, no soap was provided from day one, and despite mentioning it, none was restocked over two days. The TV had no Netflix, Chromecast, or Prime, no streaming options at all. The first night was extremely noisy. The bar area on the terrace, was small and underwhelming. Breakfast was disappointing for the category, the Ibis Styles breakfast (a 3-star hotel) was actually better, with more variety and better-stocked items, at the Mercure, once something ran out, it took 15-20 minutes to be refilled. Overall, the experience felt too expensive for the level of service and amenities provided.

This hotel has the perfect location for a stay in Saint Raphael, it's across the road from the beach, in the center of what is happening and only a five minute walk down two streets from the train station. The staff were great, friendly and welcoming, there was also a good selection for breakfast. If/when we we come back to Saint Raphael I/we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for helping make our holiday great.

The staff are always very helpful and professional. The hotel is really well fitted out and now they have a seated area outside for drinks and snacks, which just adds a little more to the hotel in summer months. Beds are great and bathrooms are really well laid out with nice towels. Try and get a room with a sea view which is class. Breakfast is of a very high standard.

The hotel was great. the staff nice and accommodating. They found me a room and accommodated my entire stay without having to change rooms midday as they were fully booked. . The hotel location was perfect. I didn't love the room I was in because I would have prefered a room with a view, but the room was good, clean, and spacious for a family.

In hindsight, I wished I had booked more nights, only had one night. Stayed in the Junior suite, very pleasant stay. Spacious, clean, very good bed and aircon is of good quality (as opposed to many other hotels..)

Excellent location for bars, restaurants, beach, harbour, shops and the railway station. The hotel has excellent double glazing but late at night when the bars next to the hotel close, there can be lots of shouting. On fri night the bar next to the hotel was blasting out a techo beat that could clearly be heard in the room until gone 11pm - not the hotel's fault but i wish i had known before i booked. The public areas of the hotel have been updated but the rooms - especially our bathroom and toilet were in need of an update. There were long strands someone else's hair around the base of the table and in corners at the base of the bed (possibly from a dog?), otherwise cleaning was good. The bed was comfortable. The staff helpful although there was some confusion over whether the air con was working. It was. The staff kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases at the hotel for a few hours after we had checked out - this was a great help.

Sometimes difficult to access the hotel due to workmen and hoists right over your head- could be dangerous.

Nice room. Friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast. But the underground parking entrance is difficult to find. A detailed map and driving directions to the parking entrance would be extremely useful. Additionally, finding a parking spot is challenging, and the space is not particularly convenient, with an insufficient number of parking spots.
