Great location on the port of Frejus and friendly staff. The hotel however is in need of a refurbishment. Only one lift was functioning and the room and its bathroom was tired. No complimentary drinkable water in room, only available from minibar.

You also have the possibility of ordering room service in the evening or we also have drinks available at reception. Garbage not empty for 2 days in a row Door left opened on balcony room for one entire day by cleaning people (room was on first floor and could be easily accessible by robbers Ammenities barely re-filled. Safe not working properly (battery in door keep falling since attached by tape....) Very far from standards expected from mercure hotel.

We are sincerely sorry to hear about the extremely disappointing experience you had during your stay. The issues you describe regarding the room cleanliness (garbage not emptied, door left open, amenities not replenished), and the malfunctioning safe are completely unacceptable and fall far below the standards we expect of a Mercure hotel. We are taking your feedback very seriously and will be conducting a thorough investigation into these matters. We will be addressing this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately to prevent similar incidents from occurring.
