Our experience was tainted with having to have our room key cards reprogrammed every day.

Nice location , swimming pool with sea water, friendly people at the reception . Hotel old but very clean. Nice view from some rooms. Parking was fully booked and I parked on the street - during non-tourist season it’s free.

Shock upon arriving when told that the spa access was 15€/per day. The site didn't mention it. The hours 8:30 am - 6:30pm are actually 10:30-12:45 & 3:30-6:30 unless you buy treatments. Our room was simple. 1 tiny bottle of water in the minibar...never replaced. No products. When asked, were told that it was orders from the new management. Ditto for bananas at breakfast. Out of season, too expensive! Out of yogurt, gluten-free foods...too expensive, not ordered or replaced. Sleep in? NO! Drilling. Take a Nap? No, Sawing, banging. Renovations! Restaurant closed Sun & Mon night. Paid full Board? Too bad! Tues got double-billed & overbilled for dinner. Had to beg 4xs to see the bill! Finally, they had to 'credit our room the difference because he had already billed it. The spa is gorgeous, the water jets wonderful. Steam bath closed. Cassie the lifeguard is wonderful, joyful, and kind. The only sunshine in the place.
