Séjour du 17-19 août 2025 Mon séjour à l'hôtel Formule 1 de Fréjus Roquebrune-sur-Argens du groupe Accor s'est transformé en cauchemar. Dans la nuit du 18 au 19 août vers 00h30, un employé de l'hôtel a ouvert ma chambre alors que nous dormions, malgré le verrou de sécurité enclenché et l'affichette "Ne pas déranger" sur la porte. Réveil en sursaut, impossible de se rendormir. L'excuse du réceptionniste : il voulait montrer une autre chambre à un client et aurait "confondu" les numéros. Une négligence inadmissible qui pose de sérieuses questions sur la sécurité dans cet établissement. Le plus révoltant ? Le suivi inexistant. Réclamation envoyée le lendemain, j'ai eu une réponse du groupe Accor promettant qu'un responsable local me recontacterait. Et toujours rien. Aucune suite, aucun remboursement, aucune excuse. Pour un séjour de 160€, on s'attend à pouvoir dormir en sécurité. Ce principe élémentaire n'est visiblement pas garanti chez F1/Accor. Évitez cet établissement si vous tenez à votre tranquillité et à un service client digne de ce nom.

Bathrooms were really dirty all night/morning. The room smelled strongly of chemicals, and the beds were hard as a rock, I did not rest at all.

Le ménage n'a pas été fait ou pas bien avant mon arrivée notamment dans la douche où la bonde était remplie de cheveux, de crasse etc...
