It is a really nice hotel, we really like to come here every year. But the prices can be really high, but if you book the right moment it is really worth it! Good: - Nice view from the panoramic rooms - Beds are really good - Valet service, fast, friendly and good - Housekeeping is really good and friendly - Welcome gift for gold is special and not just a chocolate Can be improved: - Breakfast, service is really slow and buffet mostly empty during our breakfast. - Restaurant menu, some dishes are more ''bar'' dishes rather than restaurant, but some are really good, we really suggest the salmon tataki. So seperate more the bar and restaurant. - Option for free beach beds, only pay for the premium beds or better hotel guest discounts. Would be really nice ''upgrade'' the room: - Radio / speaker Would be nice to ''upgrade'' the hotel: - Add a sauna to the fitness Is already improved: - Outside bar, service is now faster and easy to order - Free beach towels

I love this hotel, is like a mini resort. Had several discussions with the housekeeping service, but no place is perfect i guess. Love the common parts of the hotel very elegant and smart. Great restaurant quality, I believe the bar is overpriced.

Good structure, despite old and externally not renewed. Perfect, renewed and modern room! Fine Beach/pool, not so much space between people ... a little bit too crowded.

Room: Needs to be freshened up. The furniture shows its age. The balcony had some kind of black soot on its red wall. Windows are not isolated. At 6:00 in the morning, we were awaken by restaurant furniture being shifted around for breakfast. The next day, we could hear people swimming in the sea. From check-in and until the end of our 5-day stay, there were no bathmats in our bathroom. The in-room coffee and tea offering is mediocre for this kind of hotel. I am used to a coffee capsule machine when booking premium rooms. Needed some water on my return late one night. I was surprised to discover that the minibar was empty. Restaurant: Had three lunches and a dinner. The food was great at every visit. The waiters are always smiling and full of good will but they lack training. In a 4-star hotel, I would not have expected seeing waiters carrying water bottles by the neck, dropping them at the table and walk away. I would have expected them to open the bottle and serve the water to the guests. Only one waiter (Nassim) served us water correctly. When ordering wine by the glass, I liked that the bottle is brought to the table to pour. It allows you the see the bottle and its label. But here again, lack of training made that the Rosé was poured into the glass without a towel. This resulted in water droplets from the bottle surface dripping on the plates and on the tablecloth. Most tablecloths we ate on, had at least two holes in them. When we ordered a bottle of Rosé, it was served inside an ice bucket with a towel on top. We appreciated that. Bar: We ordered a single malt with no ice. When it was served at our table, it felt watery. I went personally to the bar to inspect the bottle, it turned out that ice was added to the glass by the barman and then the ice was removed by the waiter before it was served to us. Beach: Used the facility twice paying €25 per lounge chair per day for back row. This is standard price for the Côte d'Azur. We tried to book the first row but we were told that all first row spaces are booked throughout August. That same afternoon, I overheard a non-regular booking three first row lounge chairs for the next day and the next day he was there. Parking: Parking including Valet costs €15/day. This is the cheapest parking rate I paid anywhere. The valet filmed my car before parking it. Good team, always running around. Wait time was kept to a minimum even on Friday and Saturday nights.

The check in process was a mess. I am Accor All Platinum and booked via the App. When I arranged our reservation was completely screwed up, I was not recognised by my current status as there’d been some screw up with the “reservations system” and a very old no longer used Accor registration number had somehow got into your reservation system. Plenty of apologies by the staff who were mortified but it meant we were received and our room allocated as if we were first time Accor guests. As we are committed Accor All members ans stay at your locations all around the world, this was a considerable disappointment

The experience was awful, we woke up in the morning to find out that there is no water in the bathroom and we could not flush the toilet, it took an hour to get hold of the reception and we had been told that they don't know why there is no water in the hotel and they will send us a bottle of water so we can at least brush our teeth but nobody turned with the water. Breakfast was ok and at 11.30 am we went back to the room to find out that the water was back but it was running yellow with soil, we run the bathtub for 15 minutes but the water still running dirty. finally we gave up and had to check out with no shower because I had a flight to catch at Nice airport. at check out the male receptionist told me that I could wait longer for the water to clear. when I asked for a discount, he said he has no authority to do so and that a manager will contact me on Monday but I never heard anything yet.

The hotel has a perfect location with easy access to the beaches, the town and to the highway. The service is good but not great. The hotel needs a makeover and the the swimming pool is surrounded by Sharp edges. My dayghter cut her foot on a tile.

This hotel has good air conditioning which was essential with 37degees Over good and enjoyed it but the price for a subbed is outrageous Breakfast was good too Excellent location and good valet parking

As hotel guest, you benefit from preferential rates. However, we benefit from an exceptional location "on the edge of the sea" that allows you, if you wish to sit on the public beach and enjoy our pool and free access to the beach. Otherwise, we are glad that you enjoyed our air conditioning which is essential at this period, our breakfast buffet very varied and our valet parking. A very nice hotel just by the sea. Thge beds are excellent and the rooms are spacious. I do also like to have the opportunity to sit on a terrace. There is a Casino on the lower ground floor so if you want to do some playing the opportunity is not far away.

Great size room with nice view from the balcony. Very friendly staff. Nice meals. Only problem was the winds were so strong that they kept pushing hard on the glass sliding door which made it very noisy and difficult to sleep.

management seems a little bit more aware of their customers. although it is still dirty on the terrasse near the pool (ash trays, ...) room service is of high standard and bedding is good. New people at the reception, although young, are also very helpful not to speak about the valet parking people

This is our second stay at the Pullman and this one was even better than the first. Great room with perfect view. Excellent staff and good fitness room. Pool, pool deck and beach just what was needed for a few quiet days. Also a nice little town. We were going to go to Nice for a day but all too perfect in hotel
