Hotel with potential, but unfortunately the cleanliness was unacceptable. The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom and shower. The floor was dirty, the carpet was dirty, and overall I did not feel comfortable during my stay. Charging €1,200 for three nights is simply unacceptable when the hotel is maintained at this level of cleanliness. It's a shame because the hotel has potential, but significant improvements in housekeeping are clearly needed.

The positives friendly staff and comfortable large bed. First room given smelt of damp and was beside lift. Our room was changed which was a relief. Breakfast was good plenty of choice and was delicious. The areas for improvement first impressions stains on carpets and bed room door needed to be sanded and painted. Some attention required around showers to ensure grout and silicon is mould free. One of the worst decisions by management was to charge hotel guests for the sunbeds around the pool. The floor area around the pool is aged with large cracks and uneven, needs completely replaced. Most of the sunbeds are empty lacks atmosphere due to hotel policy. Having recently stayed in Monaco where beds around pool were complimentary it was madness to try and charge for these sunbeds. Hotel needs better management and investment and improvement.

Hotel was well located, but was shocked to discover that guests had to pay for access to sun loungers, with only a 5 euro discount. Poor coffee in rooms, instant satchets. Most Acccor group hotels have fresh coffee pods.

It is specified on all our websites, all our booking confirmations, displayed at the hotel and re-explained on your arrival by our team. As hotel guest, you benefit from preferential rates on low and high season. We strive to provide you the best services, so if we can, stay assured that we will find you a sunbed. However, we benefit from an exceptional location "on the edge of the sea" that allows you, if you wish to sit on the public beach and enjoy our pool and free access to the beach. In furtherance of email dated 8th June 2026, the service was disappointing and the behaviour we received was unpleasant. We had to wait for water which we ordered on the evening of 7.6.2026 for more than 12 hours. We had to wait two days for bathrobes. Further, on request of two toothbrushes, we were only provided one toothbrush. It is expected from an Accor hotel for a more friendlier staff and quick services. It felt like a burden to even call the room service for services which we were paying for. A more friendlier staff and quicker and considerable facilities (such as, if 2 people are staying, amenities be provided accordingly) would’ve been appreciated.
