Having used the Pullman many times in the past I was looking forward to staying again. It has been a few years since last there. The staff as always were excellent. The downstairs bar was closed, and I was invited to use the bar by the pool. I ordered a Heinken and it wasn't as cold as it should be and had a strange taste, similar to an other beer time that was also on tap. The barmaid was good, and poured me another pint which was better, but still not as expected. The Pullman breakast was always a highlight, in content and display. This time I felt it was poor, and felt like it looked like it was just pushed into the corner after a previous evening function...

Guest rooms were ok. Meeting rooms very old, dirty walls and corners, with mosquitos, not well organised, poorly equipped, bad food service (‘surprise’ lunch box with no details on what is inside, cheap quality of the sandwiches, breaks outside on terrace in the middle of an ants pest. You sell a bright light Azure meeting room with natural light that doesn’t really exist, due to all the blinds that you can’t open or are blocked with the extra tables, room crowded with the extra tables, gave us a suffocating feeling, plus a loud projector. The food for the group dinner just wasn’t appealing, except 1-2 things, felt short quantity since we didn't like some dishes, and again no flexibility in choosing or not specific dishes ahead. No one to actually welcome you with the prosecco at the dinner, just inexistent welcome from the restaurant staff. Overall, very poor customer experience, maybe understaffed – felt like we were bothering every time we were asking for support or details.

We had a lovely time at the Pullman Cannes Mandelieu. The location is perfect within walking distance to the restaurants and nice position on the beach. Sunbeds are nice but should be included in price of the rooms for guests at hotel. Disappointed that there is no gym now. The fitness bag is a nice touch but doesn't make up for lack of gym.

Everything that happened in this trip made me think that the director of the hotel changed. 6 years here, 8 bookings, had 2 long holidays here with my family.... This time 44' minutes wait at the reception because they could not find my e mail about kids bed request, therefore lost my dinner booking for that night, had molto sine with my family a snack! Had to sleep in 3 in one bed.

Wonderful stay overall. The accommodation was very comfortable and well-suited for traveling with our 5-month-old baby, which we really appreciated. However, I’m quite disappointed with the delay in returning the security deposit (over 1K USD). We checked out on the 16th, and as of the 27th, the funds have still not been credited back to my card.
