Very disappointing with this hotel. I've stayed here on many occasions but this hotel has gone down hill fast. 100 euros for a sunbed! 12 euros for a beer! Restaurant menu very limited! Black mould in the shower & bathroom. Unfortunately, we will not be back. Front desk staff were told about the black mould & basically couldn't be bothered to offer an apology or even a refund!! Absolutely shocking way to deal with people. Trip advisor will be receiving a poor review on the hotel.

Valet parking guys were great but front desk was mainly useless. We were unable to book dinner for first day and they couldn't even help to find place in the nearby restaurants. We decided to order things to room but there was already another problem. Room service had to ask payment by money because front desk didn't ask the deposit. Another minor problem was locked safety box in our room but it was opened quickly. The next day after dinner we found out that our room keys didn't work. For some reason keys were valid only for one day instead of three days. Another problem was Diamont member benefit, free breakfast during weekends. First, I mentioned it at check in when breakfast details were discussed. Second time it was told at breakfast entrance and finally at check out I found that they wanted to change me. Another story is their swimming pool.
