Staff were very friendly, helpful and plentyful. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean. The breastfast was well stocked with a great choice of food. The location is great.
The only problem was the cost per day for pool beds for guests, I think there should be a larger discount for guests and charge non-guests the normal rate.

On arrival which was late 2345, at check in all systems were down so 2 young guys on reception were usimgbtheir mobiles to check us in
We had a BA Holidays voucher but they want3d to confirm paymemt , this took 20 minutes with one guy going outside to try and get conmection. When we asked to sort in the morning thet eventually reluctantly agreedbbut before thos they somehow had the capacity to take a 300euro payment to cover incidentals!!!!
In the morning we realised our keys didnt work so a trip to reception to update, no.apology.
We went to.beach found two sunbeds were given 2 towels and asked for room number
An hour later we were told we had to move as our beds were reserved.
Nobody had advised us of this!!!.
We move reluctantly but without any fuss to a bed near the bar.
We ordered a drink, the drinks were slow but arrived , then the waitress advised that we had to pay as we hadnt gauranteed a credit card
Up i get again gomto.reception, the woman who I wished ai had taken her name !! as she was so.rude and disinterested just said ok no problem it is released now 🤬, at nreakfast on the first 2 dqys at approx 10am.it was a joke ,no coffee no cups no.tables no staff to help. On th e check out day at 8am.breakfast was like how it should be , but still dont think coffee machines is quite 4 star.
Nothing in the hotel came accross as 4 star during our stay.The rooms were tired and just passable , balcony floor was dirty at best.
A shame as beautiful location but definetely not 4 star in any way.

I have been very happy being an All Accor member, but I’m afraid my expectations were not met on this occasion.
1. We booked parking, but I think I would have expected this to be under cover, meaning the car was very dirty by the time we left. Perhaps a complimentary clean might have been nice.
2. The shower was dirty with accumulated mould. My wife mentioned this to reception, and to be fair the cleaners tried their best to rectify it.
3. There was a conference at the hotel, which resulted in us feeling rushed to finish breakfast whilst the staff were setting up for the group lunch.
4. The biggest disappointment was having to pay a further fee for sun beds by the pool/beach. Even with a resident’s discount, this was still more expensive than some of the beach clubs up the coast. We have stayed at the Mercure in Villeneuve Loubet, and there was no such charge for towels and sun beds by the pool, and we found ourselves wondering whether we should have booked there instead. If you still feel a need to charge, perhaps consider free use for, say, All Accor/Voyageur members?

Arrival worth 1 star, no explanation no words. Departure even worse, hectic and waiting time too long. How come people can check in at 12 and we cannot enjoy late check out? Did a bus full of platinum arrive so that my gold is worth nothing 😂 Room in white is good but shows dirt too much, bathroom is horrible.
The server at the bar outside was very nice and we enjoyed a nice latte. Thank you!
