Nous recevons habituellement de très nombreux retours positifs sur notre cuisine maison, élaborée à partir de produits soigneusement sélectionnés, ainsi que sur la qualité du service. Les appréciations culinaires étant propres à chacun, nous regrettons que cette expérience n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et ferons part de votre commentaire à nos équipes. Concernant les transats, leur location est effectivement payante, comme dans la majorité des hôtels 4 étoiles de la Côte d'Azur. En tant que client de l'hôtel, vous bénéficiez toutefois d'un tarif préférentiel. Notre situation exceptionnelle, les pieds dans l'eau, vous permet également de profiter librement de la plage publique ainsi que de l'accès à notre piscine. Enfin, il est réjouissant de lire que vous avez apprécié la qualité de votre chambre, notre piscine, notre emplacement au bord de mer ainsi que le petit-déjeuner riche et varié. Dear Mr. A., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay with us. Following your comment, we carried out a check of the air conditioning system and we can confirm that it is operating correctly. Despite the current high temperatures, the system delivers air between 15 and 16°C to ensure optimal comfort. As for the beach, your stay took place during the peak season. With more than 200 rooms, it is only natural that many of our guests make the most of the beach and swimming areas during this time of year. We also appreciate your positive comment about our location. Indeed, our hotel enjoys an exceptional setting, on the edge of the sea with direct access to the beach. During this summer period, several recently arrived staff members have joined our teams. They are accompanied and trained daily to provide service that meets our quality standards. Please be assured that your feedback will be shared with the relevant managers to continue our improvement efforts. We also regret the inconvenience you experienced during your night. As we discussed, it involved a guest who mistakenly entered the wrong room. We understand, however, that this situation may have been particularly uncomfortable, and we apologize once again.
