We got in a little later than anticipated, but staff was very helpful in getting us checked in. Would have liked to have a little more variety for breakfast. It was a little skimpier than our normal stay at the IBIS. A little more for €10 would suffice.

Super basic. Reception hours are very limited, but self check in was easy. Only 1 tiny towel each (can be improved) and no fridge in the room. A bit expensive for what it offers.

I stopped going to Ibis hotels since they started allowing pets because I'm allergic. This one says in Booking it doesn't admit them and that's why I booked, but it's a lie. False description. On this occasion I went to this one because it said it doesn't allow pets, but that's a lie, there was a German shepherd at reception at 8 p.m., which is also the same space for breakfast, this dog was possibly on the property and when I came back from dinner I saw another person with another dog. When I arrived at 5pm in the afternoon I didn't see any of this, otherwise I would have gone to another hotel asking for a full refund, but it was too late to look for another one. I informed Booking that same night and to date the description has not been modified, very badly, both on the part of the hotel and Booking itself. This is the second problem I have on this trip with Booking reservations, the information is inaccurate or outright a lie. On the elevator itself it says that animals are not accepted in the breakfast room, but the same elevator is in that same room. Inadmissible. This is why the score is so low.
