We are very used to using Accor at all levels. But this hotel on our arrival had no staff at reception till 4 pm, 2 hours after the automatic machine outside lit up to accept your reference number then demabding credit card payment. Only then were we given a code to unlock front door and our room number. This is very hands-off and we were not warned by the hotel when we booked 2 days before. . We arrived reception at 12 when someone exited, luckily. But waited till 2. Our room was clean and basic which was fine. It was a 2 star hotel but we were exhausted by the performance.

We booked this due to it having a car park and also being walking distance to Saint Raphael centre, the ports and beaches. It is a good location and the parking was free. We stayed for two nights before travelling to Toulon to catch a ferry. It was around 32° during the day and 22-24° at night. There is a cool setting in the room but cannot be described as air conditioning so it was very warm all of the time. It is a non smoking hotel and our room did not smell of smoke but the lifts and corridors have a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Many boulangeries and supermarkets in close proximity and for a budget hotel the beds were very comfortable. Practical for our needs and short stay. Would recommend for others in a similar position and with a car.

Great family room with a double bed and three proper single beds. The toilet was separate from the shower and sink which was helpful when all sharing a room. The room was very clean. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to the centre of Saint Raphael. There is a nice small bakery nearby, but nothing else and nowhere nearby to buy water.

Hôtel propre, accueillant. J'ai été surprise par la taille de ma chambre qui était spacieuse ! La salle de bain avec douche italienne et les toilettes à part étaient très propres. Le personnel est très sympathique. Par contre, la clim ne fonctionnait pas beaucoup, nous avons eu très chaud la nuit et l'hôtel est un peu loin de la plage, environ 15mn à pieds. Le petit-déjeuner, comme dans tous les hôtel, est trop cher pour ce qui est proposé (9,90€) Mais je recommande fortement
