Nice hotel, not so handy location

Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. It's located a little bit out of the main. Tourist area, and has limited food options nearby. However, there is a supermarket directly across the road, which many people found handy. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, however, the bathroom was smallish, but did have a great big shower. Staff were friendly, breakfast was okay, but not great.

While the outside temperature was a stifling 37 C, we received a room on the top floor of the hotel where the A/C didn't work. You can only imagine how hot was in the room and after driving for most of the day, we were really looking forward to comfortable accomodation and a good night rest. I was also surprised that the room was not equipped with a mini-fridge, we received only bath towels but no hand towels and in top of it all, the wi-fi didn't work either. The receptionist informed us that they are aware of the A/C and the wi-fi problem, yet, nothing was done about it. In the spirit of full disclosure, I don't think paying €170 for three people for one night was fair.

Confusing parking situation on Tuesday night with the hotel didn't want to help on explaining that you cannot park on ground floor. It was nuts situation. I had to park elsewhere and wake up early to get a blue disc. The floor in the aisle was smelly, the bathroom didn't smell great either. Not enough ventilation on the bathroom.
