Lili (I believe that was her name) helped me with three things: 1.) Room change due to the wedding, so I would not be affected by the noise. 2.) A breakfeast to go because I needed to leave very early. 3.) And, upon departure, she e-mailed the requested information in case my company needed it. Her assistance made my experience better due to my own cirumstances. Note: If I used the wrong name for her, then I apologize. Otherwise, the room was fantastic. The overall experience was positive.

Had a great time staying in Mercure. Overall very satisfying but if only the room aircon could be a little colder it will be perfect
