Old styled hotel in a good location

The design of my room was very old-fashioned and it turned out the the kettle in my room was broken. I had ask at the reception desk for it to be replaced. Nobody even apologised me. On the second day of my stay I didn't get fresh coffee and tea bags despite the fact that I used the ones from the previous day. Since my room was on the first floor it would be nice to know in advance that there will be a party hosted on the ground floor that I would hear from my room. Location is good and breakfast was really nice but I wouldn't return to that place.

Took 25 minutes to check out due to technical issues and only one member of staff available - really poor. Otherwise the hotel is fine, and in a good location. Breakfast is good.

Troublesome stay

My original room, 110, smelled weird, a smell similar to cigarettes. During the evening I went to plug in my kettle and all the electricity in the room stopped working. Fortunately there was a very helpful guy working the reception who could help me get a new room.

Room, reception staff and breakfast - ok Very bad coffee for a Mercure hotel. We arrived at 22:00 and there was nothing to eat, the hotel bar was closed, the hotel restaurant was closed (even during the day they were closed), on the website the location had room service, but when we got there this service was not available either. We could only order two bags of peanuts and some warm beers.
