The hotel is in a good place, but in the sense that it is near the center, and nothing more. The parking lot is small, the garage is narrow and unsafe to enter. The hotel itself is historically well preserved, but the furniture in the rooms is quite old. I am not satisfied with the cleaning of the room. The carpet was not cleaned at all, the first day when I entered the room was dirty, and it was like that for the two weeks I stayed there. The cleaning maid only took the trash out of the 2 bins and changed the towel if I asked. She even came into my room one day even though I put a sign on the door not to disturb me. The shower in the bathtub was broken and dirty water was leaking from the hose because of that, so the first morning I asked the reception to change it by 3 pm. They didn't change it, so I had to come again and ask for a repair. Only around 4 pm did a man come and replace the shower while I was in the room. The food was excellent and the young black woman waitress was extremely friendly. All in all, I would not like to come again.

I spent one night here. The hotel is located in the very heart of city. The underground garage solves the otherwise quite problematic issue of parking. The staff is very friendly and professional, speaking good English. The breakfast was delicious (and starts early enough, from 06:30 on). All in all, this place was a pleasant surprise.

The design of my room was very old-fashioned and it turned out the the kettle in my room was broken. I had ask at the reception desk for it to be replaced. Nobody even apologised me. On the second day of my stay I didn't get fresh coffee and tea bags despite the fact that I used the ones from the previous day. Since my room was on the first floor it would be nice to know in advance that there will be a party hosted on the ground floor that I would hear from my room. Location is good and breakfast was really nice but I wouldn't return to that place.

The coffee and tea making facilities are currently a one-off in-room preparation on arrival to the room, but we will definitely consider changing this.
