We are truly sorry to hear that your recent stay did not meet your expectations and that you experienced inconvenience during your time at our hotel. Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered, particularly regarding the odor in the rooms and the inconvenience caused by the room changes. We also regret that you did not receive the assistance you should have been offered during the room moves. Regarding your request for an additional night, we did offer a discounted rate of -85 EUR, which unfortunately was declined at the time.
