It was beautiful experience withy daughter. Nice water pools and facilities. It would be better if the spa(massage) opens late.

The hotel is very new and opened just some weeks ago. I am travelling a lot, but up to now, this was one of the best hotels I stayed with my family. The Family Park onsite is a big plus for the children. Also the service was perfect and the personnel was extremely friendly ! Best food - Swedish Buffet style, I had till now on holiday.

In genedal, my stay was very pleasant and I enjoyed it with my doughter. As Gold All Member I just spotted few small things, which disturbed me. I hope, they will be inproved and my next stay will be much more pleasant. That is what I expect from 5 star hotel - 5 star servise.
