This is an amazing hotel( location, Family Park is extraordinary, as well as the slides on the wellness area. All the crew/ workers are very helpful and kind. Rooms are very clean, spacious and beds are very comfortable. The Selection of Cookies , chocolates and fruits is very high quality every day at 3 pm. The Equipment of the garden are also outstanding, no time to be bored at this Hotel. To my great regret the Non European quests( 80% of the occupancy ) caused a lot of problem for the hotel workers which were very visible especially at dinner time(we could not enjoy the dinners at all , we were running away as soon as possible, selection of food is also not satisfying, ) No dress Code at all, quests came for dinner in slippers, pyjamas, etc. They left such a huge mess after the dinner, not caring with the dropped food at all, during the meal, and the mess around them at all.( Tables were not nicely laid out due to this fact), I felt like I am having my dinner in school canteen. The other critical area is the Kids Player Room. Children could not be disciplined by the animators(however they did their best ) and they were struggle each day to survive. I have never experienced it at any of the hotel we have been so far. It is very sad and a lot of quests , who just wanted their children to play in a normal way, who saw the unfortunate condition immediately left the room, and also all animator was complaining that the situation is disaster, but nobody is caring about at from Management. They even has to put away the games and toys, preventing them not to be broken. The lack of stars in the middle of the hotel, next to Reception is a huge problem, you can only use the elevator , even if you need to go only to the 1st floor. We never has experienced it before at other hotels, that you need to walk to the other part of the hotel just to take the stars. Also for fire safety reasons it is very dangerous, and not well thought at all. At the wellness area also the water rescue man gave us information that a lot of quests are not respecting the rules at all, which is also causing problem, especially that it is a very dangerous area. This Hotel could be one of the best in Hungary, but what we experienced there make us not to come here any more( I also heard from crew that we are not the only one who has the same way of thinking). I hope the situation will be changed soon as the advertisement of this Hotel on Internet do not correspond to reality in many aspects.

Everything was amazing. Points for improvement that disappointed us a little: The glass doors in the room prevent privacy and make a lot of noise (when there are sleeping children it is really disturbing). Also in the dining room, the food was excellent but it felt like certain dishes were always left empty and it took a long time to restock. Other than that it was perfect and we will definitely return (maybe we will just choose a different room
