Enjoyed, but very expensive even in low-season. It was very cold, a passage between the 2 building would help a lot. Water and drinks in dinner are not offered at dinner.

We had suprisingly nice and lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were so clean and neet, the food was really on another level and all the personel were so sweet and kind. Only dangerous thing was the shower. You can get seriously hurt because of chatastrophic selection of slipery tiles.

Well equiped hotel with bunch of activities and contents and everything you need for kids even the smaller ones. Everyone are so kind and helpfull especially waiter Happy. Rooms are clean and well equiped, microwave, mini sink and coffee machine are definitely a highlight just like mini buffet table for kids. Food was very good. Playground is great and big enough, pool was also great just like the other contents for small ones. Overall everything was great! We will come back definitely!

It does not make any sense that hotel with 5 stars and meant for the kids closes pool.at 18:30 and playground in 19.

The waiters and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyting is really adaptet to kids - family park is perfect for enjoy of kids. 2 things wich I do not like 1) Overexpensive drinks in hote loby and family park - coffe 4€, beer 6€ etc. This spoils the impression of enjoyment, the prices are definitely too high. 2) You have to go outside to get to the family park, which is not pleasant for children to go to the hotel after swimming outside in the winter and rain. It would be good if there was a closed passage to the pool. In case of this 2 things improve I would definitly come back and recommend to my frineds. Best regards, Dino R.
