The food is tasty, the dinner selection depends on the theme — sometimes better, sometimes worse. Family park is a great place for kids, a lot of various activities for ages 2-10. All parking spaces are occupied by visitors to Balaland. No one helps with finding a parking spot; you have to look on your own for a place to park where it’s not officially allowed, trying not to block anyone’s exit. The room is dirty — dust, greasy stains on the desk and vanity table. Spider webs near the minibar. Belongings of previous guests under the armchair. The bedside tables have round surfaces from which everything slides off. You can either place a glass or put a phone in the very center — both items cannot fit on the table at the same time. It’s uncomfortable that the pool and the family park are in a separate building. In winter, you have to put on outerwear and carry a bag with towels and bathrobes from the room. Most of the water slides in the pool have age restrictions from 3 to 14, meaning that if a child is afraid to go down alone on a double slide, an adult cannot go down together with them.T

We enjoyed our stay. This is a great place for families. The kids park was amazing. Pools and slides as well. The rooms super comfortable. The lake was beautiful. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
