Handy for Kelenfold

A short walk from Kelenfold pu. Nice welcome and beer on arrival. Good room layout and comfortable bed. Bathroom better than standard Ibis. Window soundproofing could be better considering the hotel lies between the railway and motorway.

Positive things: good value for the money, public transport is close, neighbourhood is nice and calm, they do cleaning of your room every day. The staff is pleasant. I like there are reminders that you behave eco-sustainable. Negative things: My room was at the first floor but as the hotel has a lower adjoining building with its roof in front of my window it seemed like I was sleeping on the ground floor and I dont like that at all. Also, the carpet in the room is a bit filthy. Breakfast was just ok, i wish there were some sweet options as well, the machine for pancakes didnt work.

Very friendly young receptionist helped with good suggestions, breakfast time and the first free drink after arrival. The room was very clean with a bottle of wine, comfortable bed and great view. The breakfast very tasty with various savoury and sweet choices - many thanks for the fabulous night!
