We are sorry for the both of the problem occurred. Our AC system was working on the edge during the heat wave; there are ACCOR and Green Key operating procedures expected to be followed in order to be sustainable and climate-friendly ; also we had to regulate it more strict as requested informally and to save the system from overloading and break down. However we believe that 24 Celsius in the room, when outside is over 34-38-40 degrees, is sufficient to refresh and relax. Certainly I order the Receptionist to send you the missing invoice as soon as possible. We have stayed at this hotel several times already, and we always enjoy coming back. The location is excellent. Public transportation is very close, and the hotel is also easy to reach directly from the motorway, so there is no need to drive across the entire city. This makes it very convenient for families and travelers arriving by car. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our children especially love the bunk beds, which make the stay even more enjoyable for them. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome gift upon arrival. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcomed and added a special touch to our stay. The staff deserve special praise. Everyone is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, and they always make us feel welcome. The breakfast offers a good variety of food, and everything is fresh and tasty. We have always been satisfied with the selection. The only small issue we have noticed, and it already happened during our previous stay last year, is that a sewage/drain smell appears in the bathroom in the evening, usually around 8 PM. It is not noticeable when we arrive and it disappears again by the next morning. It would be great if a solution could be found for this. Apart from this minor inconvenience, we are completely satisfied with our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, just an 8-minute walk from the train station and tram stops, making it very convenient to get around the city. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. i enjoyed the fresh colorful look, the clean rooms, the free coffee, the friendlyness of the people from the front desk, the big generous parking lot (this was my main criteria for selecting this hotel) i wish it would have been better: the options for food in the evening (it was only frozen pizza) and the breakfast also can be improved in terms of taste of the actual foods next time i am in Budapest i will stay here, because in overall thinking, the advantages weigh more than the disadvantages
