Arrival was very easy, one must be careful of the tight turn but signage helps. Staff is very friendly, helpful and very polite. My status was well recognized and I felt really special. At my staying time there were two large groups and in one of them the people were not of the best manners, were loud and noisy, front desk did their best to try and contain the calamity, I appreciate their efforts. All in all a very good breakfast and a very good night sleep.

Did not seem as clean as it always was Shower leaked over the floor My breakfast was cleared away before I had finished eating ... the staff seemed in a rush to get you out Pancake machine was empty and not refilled One bed had hairs in it!
