Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless every day. When I needed an extra towel and a late checkout, both requests were handled promptly with a smile. The breakfast team was also very attentive. Overall, a wonderful stay

We loved our 7 day stay at Avista. We wish we could have stayed a bit longer! An architectural masterpiece set located high amongst lush greenery, just outside, the noise and crowds of Patong. The hotel design is exceptional and peaceful, surpassed only by the impeccable care & customer service provided by the ENTIRE staff from reception and housekeeping, to wait staff at Avista restaurant and pool bars. Customer service is obviously embedded in the company values. 3 pools to chose from, including 1 adults only pool all very clean and safe. Also daily activities like yoga, cooking classes and tai chi to fill any gaps in your day and all provided on site. Between Avista, Sizzle and Tamba there is no shortage of food options. The breakfast buffet is the best we have seen in years.High quality of food and lots of varirty!!!!!! Having the option to visit Michele Guide restaurants Sizzle & Tamba without the stress of leaving the complex was also a great experience! The staff were attentive without being pushy. We are looking forward to coming back soon. Some of the guests told us they come back every year.....We can see why.....

Breakfast was good, the rooftop bars are excellent and the pools are great. We had some trouble with slow staff as we had to call multiple times to get new towels an a few days.

Nice hotel good staff dissatisfied with walking up mountains to get to reception be an idea to put some sort of devise to communicate with drivers of buggy’s to get drove instead of waiting and end up walking
