Breakfast was good, the rooftop bars are excellent and the pools are great. We had some trouble with slow staff as we had to call multiple times to get new towels an a few days.

Nice hotel good staff dissatisfied with walking up mountains to get to reception be an idea to put some sort of devise to communicate with drivers of buggy’s to get drove instead of waiting and end up walking

Although this was my first stay at an Accor property, and I had high expectations, the experience was so underwhelming that it has left me with a profound distrust of the Accor brand as a whole. 1. Poor Staff Communication and Inconsistent Information The most frustrating aspect was the conflicting information regarding the Accor Plus breakfast discount. Initial Inquiry: I was told via email that a discount was applicable. At Check-in: I was suddenly told no discount was available and was charged 500 THB per person. Follow-up: When I pointed out the discrepancy with the email, I was told the discount applied only to a menu, not the buffet. Yet, when I asked the restaurant staff, they claimed there was no a la carte option at all. Final Word: The next day, the restaurant staff kindly informed me that a discount was indeed possible. Furthermore, the "special promotion" price of 500 THB felt deceptive. What I was told from the restaurant was that the bill came to 585 THB including taxes and service charges. Since 500 THB plus the 17% surcharge equals exactly that amount, it appeared the hotel was simply framing the standard rate as a "promotion." Beyond the price difference, the sheer lack of consistency was exhausting. More importantly, I never received a proper apology from the front desk for the confusion caused by their misinformation. 2. Room Condition and Maintenance While I understand that facilities can age, the soundproofing was unacceptable. The noise from the neighboring room was as clear as if I were in a cheap, paper-walled cubicle (Gosiwon). I could hear entire conversations. What made this even more distressing was the reciprocal nature of the noise. Not only was I disturbed by others, but I also had to constantly worry if the sounds of my children were bothering the guests next door. It is fundamentally difficult to accept that I had to be more vigilant and stressed about noise management at a hotel than I am in my own home. A hotel should provide a sanctuary of relaxation, not a source of social anxiety regarding one's neighbors. On my final day, the water supply was cut off without any prior notice. We had to inquire first before any action was taken. While I appreciate being directed to another room to shower, the lack of proactive communication was disappointing. It felt as though the hotel was taking a "reactive" approach, hoping guests might just check out without noticing. Conclusion There were highlights, such as the positive experience at the Kids Club and the genuinely kind staff. I also wish to acknowledge and thank the hotel for the flexibility and good service provided when we had an additional guest join our stay. However, I must be clear: hospitality in one area does not offset fundamental failures in another. Providing a functional room with proper soundproofing and consistent utilities is a basic contractual obligation of a premium hotel. The chaotic misinformation regarding Accor Plus benefits and the reactive handling of the water outage are systemic issues that no amount of individual kindness can mask. As a loyal guest who wishes to remain within the Accor ecosystem, I am left with a serious question: How does the management intend to rectify these service failures and restore the value of the stay that was compromised? I look forward to a professional response that addresses both the communication breakdown and the physical discomfort we endured, along with a reasonable proposal for compensation for these lapses in service.
