- service is great - shower head is turnable so water go straight to the face - rain shower is broken, if it’s not broken then it’s the worst rain shower in the world - pillows provided not matched what I filled out un google form. I want duck down pillows but got cheap microfiber pillows which found in cheap hotels.

Rooms were good staff was helpful but the check in was not smooth no one at the door for our luggage then at 8pm I had checked in and had to wait 25mins for check in just one guy at the reception and he was sweating no Ac or air in the lobby

Second time staying here and we loved it, the poolside rooms are amazing and the staff are so friendly.
