Everything it was fine, the room was really comfortable, the coffee and tea were complimentary and so were the drinks in the fridge. The only thing that puzzled me a bit was the lack of basin in the toilet quarter.

The hotel is very well located and quiet. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was OK. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. However, the price isn’t justified. Furthermore, my top sheet was dirty and had to be changed (which was done straight away) At breakfast, I’d ordered an omelette, which never arrived. The glasses were dirty (and the wooden boards for the steaks are also a cause for concern, as they already had very deep grooves). There were plenty of service staff, though they seemed a bit overwhelmed.

We only stayed for one evening and enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. Everything was perfect. The only challenge we had was finding parking, despite the directions we were sent. We missed the middle lane because the GPS wasn't clear about it. When we got back to the correct road, we missed the parking entrance because it popped up so quickly. We did make it to the correct road, and we finally enjoyed our stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Pullman Lyon. The room was very clean and comfortable overall. However, the mattress padding was too soft for our preference, which affected our sleeping comfort. We also experienced a minor issue with some of the room lights, but the hotel staff responded promptly and resolved it the following day.
